Manager (Chris/Kris) and employee (Zeed/Zeid) I spoke to are incredibly rude. We called about an order that was made incorrectly (mind you, we specifically put instructions for the order to be made a certain way, and we've had it made that way EVERY SINGLE TIME. It's literally just not including one ingredient on something, it can't be that hard.) Anyways, we call the manager about this, because I'm allergic to the ingredient that was included, and he has the AUDACITY to accuse me of trying to take his store's money and get free food. He kept cutting me off every five seconds to accuse me of trying to screw his store over. Extremely unprofessional, I'll be raising a more formal complaint as this sort of treatment of customers for YOUR employees' ignorance and incompetency is not only rude but unprofessional. Don't work in customer service if you're going to be an unsavory individual. And to anyone reading this, go to any other Tim Hortons. Literally any other one. This one does not deserve your business, and deserves to actually lose money after that interaction.

Almost everytime i order a french vanilla it is never full. I will no longer be ordering from here. Shouldnt have to tell them daily to make sure its filled correctly.

The staff at this Tim Hortons are great, they always work hard and try their best to keep things moving while working efficiently as a team. Goes for morning staff and night staff.

Jess, Bonney and others create a warm environment and are very pleasing every time I go get a coffee.

However, being forced to wait outside in the wind, snow and rain is just terrible. Management forcing them to remove standing room inside the establishment was a horrible decision and they must have lost business for it.

I have tried 3 different drinks here recently (white hot chocolate, hot chocolate, and French vanilla with espresso ), and they just don't taste right when I go here. It's dirty in there. You can no longer go inside to order, but they do have a walk-up window. The staff seem unfriendly. I think there must be new ownership because the service used to be so much better here a couple of years ago. Oh, and there's no menu to order from.

Im so disappointed the staff is very rude.. i order a coffee she almost threw my coffee and she very rude the way she talk..i order in the nice way but she so rude..

Horrible place, horrible staff. They wouldn’t even let us wait for an uber inside (while drinking the coffee we bought there), even though there were no other customers and it was pouring outside.

I came @ 5:10am in the morning and waited for a while in front of monitor in drive through as in the Google map it showed open 5:am in week days and 5:30 in the weekend also the monitor was on so no one responded than I drove to the window and knocked a team member came and said we open @ 5:30 it's confusing and waist of time for customers they should update their timeing on Google map and also if they are not working they should have turned off the monitor

Drive thru is open at 530 but they didn't feel like opening until 630. I doubled checked the hours before i went. Otherwise I would have gone to the one at Conroy and Walkley - they actually serve their customers

They don't let you walk inside anymore. You have to order at a window, and they take forever to serve customers. Plus there's a wasp infestation outside of the order window. On top of this they also mess up my order most of the time. I'll be going to a different location from now on.

They closed the walk in area and now take one order at a time and fully fulfill the order before helping the next person. Takes 1/2hr to get a tea and donut.

Silver Springs

You can no longer enter this location. There is now a walk up window like the drive through window on the opposite side. There is a massive wasp infestation at the window where you have to order. There is no safe area to not get stung. I will no longer be going to this Tim Hortons for this reason. LET YOUR CUSTOMERS INSIDE!
Also, I ordered a bagel BELT (bacon, egg, lettuce, tomato) and it took the girl working there 3 attempts to make a bagel with 4 things on it. How do you seriously mess that up?!?
