i tend to come often, but am starting to think i should stop. I like to get a bagel.. but i’ve learnt with tim hortons over the years you need to ask for extra cream cheese in order for it to look normal. A few weeks ago i received garlic and herb which wasn’t my order. Today i received barely any cream cheese. :( pretty disappointed this keeps happening as I order it with “Extra cream cheese”

Bad service today at 3:30, we had an unpleasant experience due to the rude behavior of an older staff member. We were calmly placing our order with a kind and respectful employee when the other staff member suddenly intervened in a very aggressive and inappropriate manner, without any clear reason. We hope this matter will be addressed, as it affected our overall experience.
This guy at drive thru was really rude he was expecting me to say sorry for wrong order, i work close by and i am regular customer but this guys behavior was not acceptable and will buy anything from this Tim anymore
