This timmies used to be immaculate but the last couple of years have been a disappointment. I gave a 3 star ONLY because the week day morning service is good. The order taker Carol is a sweetheart and always makes my day! In the afternoon, the staff in drive-thru are short and rude with you and the food is always stail... also, someone needs to educate the window staff. 5 years later, and they haven't changed much. Waited 5+ minutes for the woman in front of me to be served, and I waited another 4 minutes for me to be served. I saw 6 cars pull away because they were so slow getting to customers. They are costing themselves a lot of money.Hit or miss on Tea, sometimes end up with coffee, sugar and milk can be off, I suspect they skip tuning the machine.
