I am writing to express my concern regarding an iced chia latte I recently purchased at your location.

I requested less ice with my drink, and when it was served, the cup was approximately one-quarter empty at the top. When I asked about this, I was informed that this was the standard. However, at other Tim Hortons locations, when I order an iced latte with less or no ice, the cup is consistently filled to the top. This experience made it feel as though I was paying primarily for ice rather than the beverage itself.

Given the price of the drink, receiving a noticeably reduced amount feels unfair and disappointing. I would also like to note that this is the only Tim Hortons location where I have repeatedly experienced issues with receiving less product than expected for drinks ordered.

I wanted to bring this to your attention, as consistency across locations is important, and this experience did not meet the standard I have come to expect from Tim Hortons.

Only been in the drive thru and it was very quick. I get iced Capps so it depends who you get if there's more ice or coffee and how filled it is. But overall, good food and experience

Ordered a prompted sessional item at 1 pm on a weekend and was told that there was no pumpkin spice, Ya I'm good, I stopped going along time ago due to a strong decline, but this just seals the deal. I'll take my business elsewhere.

I have visited this location a few times in the past few weeks and, while at the Tim Hortons side, I noticed that one of the younger employees is really trying their best, but the supervisor continues to yell at them and embarrass them in front of customers. From what I saw, the employee didn’t do anything wrong, yet they were still being treated this way. It’s very uncomfortable to witness, and you can clearly see how much it affects the employee. A better approach would be for management to take employees aside to discuss concerns privately instead of attacking them on the spot. Honestly, seeing this happen at Tim Hortons ruined my mood first thing in the morning.

I enjoy being called Dear and darling. Don't get rid of the lady working the drive thru speaker. If anything give her a raise. Old school employee . We need more of this

Very clean… you are greeted warmly and service is efficient with everyone assigned tasks. Even with a line you won’t wait long.

This is in sharp contrast to other franchises. I commend the Gilsons and the management here for creating a great place to stop.
