Ordered a prompted sessional item at 1 pm on a weekend and was told that there was no pumpkin spice, Ya I'm good, I stopped going along time ago due to a strong decline, but this just seals the deal. I'll take my business elsewhere.

I have visited this location a few times in the past few weeks and, while at the Tim Hortons side, I noticed that one of the younger employees is really trying their best, but the supervisor continues to yell at them and embarrass them in front of customers. From what I saw, the employee didn’t do anything wrong, yet they were still being treated this way. It’s very uncomfortable to witness, and you can clearly see how much it affects the employee. A better approach would be for management to take employees aside to discuss concerns privately instead of attacking them on the spot. Honestly, seeing this happen at Tim Hortons ruined my mood first thing in the morning.

Very clean… you are greeted warmly and service is efficient with everyone assigned tasks. Even with a line you won’t wait long.
This is in sharp contrast to other franchises. I commend the Gilsons and the management here for creating a great place to stop.

My husband tried to used his birthday gift with the app he paid it throught the self checkout it went through and the workers at the counter said that his name or order never went through and when he check his offer it was gone and the worker was very rude to my husband and he wanted his gift through the app and it went through and then the worker said he never ordered and yet his offer is gone after using the self check out and very rude staff
