No one was responding at drive thru worst service

Went to the drive-thru and made my order. They told me to proceed. As me and my husband proceed forward they told us four drinks? We said no we have 5 ice caps… and before we can finish our order the person shut the window and proceeded to shout to people. He came back and said we did not order and we are ordering at the window. We told them we spoke to them at the ordering machine but they were certain we did not. After back and forth roughly 10 min the supervisors came and said the same thing, they were making us go crazy by gaslighting us. They started saying the person at the window said we can give u the 5 ice caps nothing else as you told him, we said we have 3 more drinks he shut the window before we could order. She said we have to go around to order and wait the line again or only have the 5 ice caps. She kept going back and forth and when I answered her she yelled and said I’m not talking to you I’m talking to him. She kept saying it’s either the 5 small ice caps or nothing and u have to reenter the line. Mind you 20-25 min have passed by now. I started recording and she began yelling at me and left. They come back 4 min later and told us fine and to come inside. My husband goes inside and the supervisor began lying on how the system works although we worked at tims before. This is not acceptable.

Bad service and unreliable staff. I placed an order for French Vanilla Cappuccino Powder via the Tim Hortons app to earn 2000 rewards points. Being traveling, I sent the receipt and details to my husband to collect the order. To my surprise, the staff denied the existence of the order and refused to prepare it even though I had already paid online. So far I have not received anything, neither rewards points nor my order. I wonder where the manager is to sort all this out?! I don't know where my order went!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Their customer service is always terrible and they tried to trick me into taking a craveable instead of my sandwich by telling me they ran out of buns. A minute later they happened to have the sandwich I ordered ready. They never apologize for their mistakes and are not polite with costumers.

i'm absolute shocked of how bad the customer service at this exact location. I was treated poorly not first time but the second time I've been treated badly. The way i was treated was mind boggling, I felt embarssed, furious, and shocked of how I was treated. I will never be returning this exact tim hortons ever again. Thank you.

Being Canadian, I’ve obviously been to many Tim Hortons locations throughout my lifetime.. do yourself a favour and don’t come to this location.

I was absolutely shocked and appalled at the poor level of customer service and how poorly certain staff were treated by the store manager IN FRONT of customers. I felt so unbelievably uncomfortable witnessing this behaviour - I can only imagine how that employee felt. Staff had a poor customer service attitude. No greeting, no thank you/have a nice day, and not even a simple smile instead I was met with a blank stare, told the price and given my beverage.

Message to the Owner(s) & Head Office … Please retrain your management and employees on customer service and how to be professional in the workplace. Those paying customers that your staff treat poorly are the only reason your store continues to operate.

I truly hope change is implemented.

This was the worst experience I've ever had at Tim Hortons. The guy at the drive-thru and counter was unbelievably rude – yelling, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. He messed up my coffee, but that was the least of it. His attitude ruined my whole day. I will NEVER return to this location.

Open 24 hrs? Nope! Just the drive thru, apparently. Got hustled out at 1055 pm...apparently they close at 1050 pm. No signage on doors with opening hours...seems kinda random to me. Also, got a photo radar ticket on the way here, so thanks for nothing Ottawa!

Very disappointing experience. I visited this location for the first time and unknowingly entered the wrong driveway. Instead of assisting, the employee (Ramanpreet) insisted I drive around again, despite no one being behind me. When I expressed my concern, she responded dismissively, claiming, "It's my store." Poor customer service and lack of courtesy. Not a welcoming experience for first-time visitors.

Tim hortons at walkley is the worst! Very rude workers and they speak their language while looking at you . The evening staff and the weekend are the worst. I remember one day they make a mistake with my order and when I told them about it, the cashier closed the window on me. So sad! I feel bad for the owner. Love the lady that takes the orders in the morning.....
