Today, February 22, 2026, around 2 PM, I had the worst experience with one of your waitresses, the one who served the drive-thru orders. She was a young woman with a caramel complexion (apparently the floor manager); Indian or Pakistani. I wanted to order two coffees through the drive-thru, and it was my first time. I accidentally used the wrong lane. Instead of politely telling me I was in the wrong place, she started calling me stupid and ignorant and yelling at me. Then, as I was about to explain, she slammed the window in my face. I then went inside and asked to speak to a manager, and I was told that she was the manager.

I ordered a latte, but unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. While adding sweetener, I noticed a strange foreign object floating in my drink—it looked like a bug wing or a piece of debris. I showed it to the staff, and although they offered to replace it, I had completely lost my appetite. I won't be returning due to these hygiene concerns.

ALWAYS SLOW, been there at different times of days, drive through, inside, everytime its so much slower then most other tim hortons I go too. Poor selection of donuts, went in for a dozen at 6pm on a sunday. Had maybe 6 types of donuts, and for some reason kept 2 other types on a shelf behind the counter (which I had to ask for)
Recomend avoiding if you want a quick in and out.

Big spot, combined with Wendy's. You can order via kiosk, online or in person, lots of seating and spots including outlet/charging stations for your devices. Can choose between tables, high counters, booths and demi booths. Alot of options, fairly fresh every time I've gone although service can be painfully slow and drive thru window seems to get priority

I visit this location often because it’s close to where I live, but unfortunately my experiences have been consistently disappointing.

The store is very crowded most of the time, and the cleanliness does not seem to be properly or timely maintained. Food presentation is also an issue. For example, when I purchased chocolate-covered donuts, they were placed directly into a paper bag, causing the chocolate to stick to the bag and ruin the donuts. On another occasion, I ordered the cilantro lime salad, which was served warm. The vegetables were soggy and unappetizing, and I ended up throwing it away without eating it.

Due to ongoing cleanliness concerns, I sometimes choose to sit on the other side of the store where Wendy’s is located, although I understand that this isn’t ideal or fair since my order is from Tim Hortons.

I truly hope this location improves its food handling, cleanliness, and overall service quality, as it has the potential to be much better.

I am writing to express my concern regarding an iced chia latte I recently purchased at your location.

I requested less ice with my drink, and when it was served, the cup was approximately one-quarter empty at the top. When I asked about this, I was informed that this was the standard. However, at other Tim Hortons locations, when I order an iced latte with less or no ice, the cup is consistently filled to the top. This experience made it feel as though I was paying primarily for ice rather than the beverage itself.

Given the price of the drink, receiving a noticeably reduced amount feels unfair and disappointing. I would also like to note that this is the only Tim Hortons location where I have repeatedly experienced issues with receiving less product than expected for drinks ordered.

I wanted to bring this to your attention, as consistency across locations is important, and this experience did not meet the standard I have come to expect from Tim Hortons.

( the photo inserted , what you see is foam and ice then empty quarter top ) I’ve never seen my light ice latte served in this way at any timhortons

Only been in the drive thru and it was very quick. I get iced Capps so it depends who you get if there's more ice or coffee and how filled it is. But overall, good food and experience
