Service is always friendly and fast, food is usually good and I am a frequent customer, however the past few visits I keep finding egg shells in my sandwiches. You are usually at the window for less than 5 seconds, bit if it meany I had to spend 10 seconds at the window to not get egg shells in my sandwich I would gladly do so. On May 22, 2024, my friends and I were at our regular Wednesday get together for coffee at the Walkley rd location. My friend had a health issue and we had to call 911. The manager Dinah and Carroll Hutt Sheldrick were quick to spring into action and help us out as we waited for the ambulance to arrive.

this place has food always fresh, fast service and never run out of items. Most of the times they have what I want. and bagels are soft. This location is proven one of the best tim hortons in Ottawa.
