Had really bad experience there. Food was open with wasps flying around and sitting on top of food. I ordered French vanilla with a shot of espresso. Charged me full price but forgot to add espresso shot in it.

Oh my gosh probably the worst Tim Horton's in Ottawa. So dirty I actually refused to eat here after waiting 5 minutes in line. They literally had a garbage can overflowing less than a foot away from where they were toasting sandwiches. The garbage was right next to the food out for everyone to see. Flies and wasps were all over the donuts in the front. Spilled sugar just left all over the counters near the drive thru window. Only one demographic working here which is also unacceptable and highly suspicious. This place has gone downhill fast.
Is this the new standard for Tim Hortons? Kind of shameful if so.

They have never gotten my order wrong at this location and I’ve been going for almost a year now. Drive through line is very long during morning hours starting around 7am but other than that the line is usually very fast to get through
I specifically stopped at this tim Hortons on my way to an overnight shift because it said it was open 24 hours. When I got there come to find out it’s drive thru only. Would have absolutely loved for that to be said literally anywhere. I’m busing and now have wasted the time I could have used to go elsewhere. The staff were rude and wouldn’t even come to the door to tell me it’s closed, they only gave me a “no car? Oh well” shoulder shrug at the window and laughed as I walked away.
