The folks at this location have no smile on their faces, and while I understand that there are more people who frequent this location service is quite slow. When I went the other day I waited almost 10 minutes for a coffee and I have no idea about the drive-through, but indoor service was at a snail's pace. As well, I am visually impaired and use a white cane. While I have some vision and can see my number if the ink is dark enough on my receipt, the order number system is terrible. No one has told me my number unless I ask them, and while they still call out what you ordered some staff will call out your number. How is one supposed to know their order's up if they have no idea what their number is in the first place?

The drive through moves fast and the staff are always friendly. The food is .... fine (TH is not what it used to be and the prices keep edging up. But it is what it is I guess)

Classic Canadian coffee shop named after a hockey player. The service is usually quick and accurate, but they do get extremely busy at certain times. Their iced cappuccino made with chocolate milk is a tasty summer treat. I enjoy caramel lattes on colder days. I love the chilli, but wish they would bring back the bread bowls! Their new food menu is great with a wide range of options. I enjoy all their sandwiches, but the new Thanksgiving Turkey stack with stuffing and cranberry sauce is really yummy. They've recently added the option of including protein in your coffee and other drinks, which is a nice touch.

Had really bad experience there. Food was open with wasps flying around and sitting on top of food. I ordered French vanilla with a shot of espresso. Charged me full price but forgot to add espresso shot in it.

Great Crispy Chicken Wrap made fresh in a couple of minutes! Love the potato wedges too.
Oh my gosh probably the worst Tim Horton's in Ottawa. So dirty I actually refused to eat here after waiting 5 minutes in line. They literally had a garbage can overflowing less than a foot away from where they were toasting sandwiches. The garbage was right next to the food out for everyone to see. Flies and wasps were all over the donuts in the front. Spilled sugar just left all over the counters near the drive thru window. Only one demographic working here which is also unacceptable and highly suspicious. This place has gone downhill fast.
Is this the new standard for Tim Hortons? Kind of shameful if so.

Back in just for a coffee today. Service was excellent, the place looks great! The parking lot area has been cleaned up a lot! Great job! Such a nice crew working in there.

Absolutely love this Tim Hortons. Excellent service and amazing food. Staff are fast .... friendly and do everything they can to ensure your visit is a great experience. Always get my order made they way I want it and fast. Very clean and welcoming environment to chat over coffee with friends. Highly recommend checking this location out.

Got iced lattes that made my husband and I sick and nauseous, would come for a refund but it has been raining and we live too far away to be worth it.
