I went to drive thru and waited for 4-5mins at speaker to order as no one was taking orders as usual. The place wasn’t busy at all. I ordered potato wedges and Tea. Tea was completely cold and no sugar in it. I asked for 3 sugars. Also, I got half empty bowl of Potato wedges which were not at all fresh. It was so hard to chew. Standards are very low for this tim hortons and staff is unprofessional. I waited 10-15 mins just to get half bowl of potato wedges I was expecting fresh wedges for that much time waiting.

Unfortunately this isn’t the first time my partner and I have had a bad experience at this Tim Hortans. But today.. topped it! We decided to go inside since you can’t trust the drive thru staff to care or care to get your order right. First, the inside of this place is filthy. Second the employees at this tim hortans are disrespectful and could care less about customers and service. When I placed my order i ordered 2 pin wheels and asked them to please be heated in the oven as I know that’s how they are supposed to be heated up. The male employee said “no problem” and took my food to the back of the store. He passed the oven completely. I watched him but my food in the microwave. He came back to give me my food, lied and said they were put in the oven. I gave them back and he ripped the back out of my hand and said “ I’m not dealing with you anymore” and when a manager was asked for I was told “ she’s gone” and then all the sudden out of no where she appeared. The manager told me this is something she goes through all the time and “ they just don’t listen”. I can’t trust any Tim hortans to take my order correctly, make it correct and have any customer service. I am NEVER going back to this place.
Also, be aware this location has Hepatitis. STAY Away for all reasons!
Also, there automated doors for the handicap are broken and have always been!
There is no care for customers at all!!
