Since this Tim Hortons is on my way, I come here regularly five days a week before going to work. I usually drink a hot latte, but for the past 4–5 days I’ve been told that the latte machine is out of order. As a frequent customer, I would like to ask: is there no manager or authorized person taking care of this? This is a coffee shop, and constantly saying “the latte machine is broken” is not really acceptable. I kindly ask that this issue be addressed.

This is good place for coffee and waiting of international passengers to drop off at airport or pick if flight delays. Only washroom is bad smell.

I had a great experience at this Tim Hortons! Dilpreet provided wonderful service. she was friendly, polite, and very attentive. She even gave me a muffin, which was such a kind gesture. It made my visit even nicer knowing she’s also my neighbour. Thank you, Dilpreet, for the great service and positive energy!

The female on sandwich bar used her gloved hands (that are used to make our food) to fix and adjust her messy bun. Following touching her hair, she did not change her gloves and proceeded to touch our food. With that, 5 out of 6 staff were leaning and socializing with each other while the one female staff on cash worked very diligently to serve me. She had wonderful customer and was prompt considering her co workers were doing nothing. Hope no one comes here for food unless you want contaminated hair food :)

Bathrooms are always disgusting, food is usually messed up, staff is unprofessional.
Not always accurate, understandable when your trying to hear some yelling into a mic with engines in the backround and a Tim Hortons full of people. Food is good but they run out fast at busy times of the day. Good staff also. They don't try to pretend they didn't see you for 10 minutes like some locations do. Got to get a donut at 3-4am theyre so good!
