I ordered a small Caramel Toffee with infused foam. I do not like it with too much foam so I asked the cashier if they can make it with not too much foam and he said of course I will try. He ended up making me one of the best drinks I've had at Tim Horton's. Thank you Ashraf for the wonderful experience! Keep up the good work!

Somethings up with this Timmy's. The bathrooms are dirty and the stalls don't lock closed. Wild! This place is more like a truck stop, the Muslim Lady yelling at me, and the rest of them had no idea what kind of bagels they had. I walked out with the wrong order and I immediately had to go somewhere else to get my breakfast.

Ordered 2 fruit explosion muffins at the drive thru. Waited 10 minutes to get to the window. We were told at the window that they didn't have any. The place is a waste of time -- literally.

It’s happened now!I ordered the Ice capp from the drive through, the lady who took the order was wrong, she gave me the ice coffee, I said I ordered the ice cap , can you exchange that?lady didn’t realize hermistake ,and keep chatter!At the end, she said “don’t come here anymore “. Ok I don’t think I will come back again,India lady! That chatter service and ask the customer don’t come back anymore! That is the Timhortons service! Good

Is it just me at this location or are there others but most times when ordering a cappuccino from the drive thru they ask me to move up and park! I’m sorry am I at McDonald’s here or what!!?? How does this make any sense…. Someone pls explain…
Not to mention today they felt it was the best time at 2 pm to have an employee take a bucket and rag and go wash the outside windows of the drive while it was busy! I excused myself and expressed the rush that I was in and apologized but needed my order because I was parked away from the window so I wouldn’t hit the woman the one serving me wouldn’t make any effort for me to pay or even hand me my order when I said sorry for being so far from the window the employee say “ I have short arms “ so disappointed in this location horrible service and terrible etiquette. Overall my opinion would be drive up the road a bit and definitely go to the other Tim Hortons in the metro plaza.

Every once in a while, I get served by this fellow at the drive through.Who's done a terrible customer service attitude. The rest of the staff are absolutely top notch.

Slowest Time I've ever been to, They almost never have what I ask for, the drinks are barely mixed, last time I just went for 2 cups of water and waited at the window for almost 5 minutes.

The lady who work at drive thru window is not good at all. She is rude and dont even greet. No service manners at all.i came at like 9.30 in the morning.

Out of stock on many ingredients to complete order for 3 items. The store was dirty and infested with bugs on the walls. An employee had her mouth in the bag she was going to pack Drive thru order in. If I hadn't told her that was unsanitary she would of used the bag. Terrible just gross. Won't be coming back to this location. Its disgusting.

I regulared here dozens of time over the past couple of years, it's gotten slightly better and more consistent since last year, however service is always slow.

They prioritize drive through and ignore customers inside.

Also they never line up the coffee lid properly.

Tip: the seam goes at the back, opposite the drinking hole. Otherwise the seam causes leaks.

Also it doesn't look like they do much diversity hiring, not very Canadian of them.

It's quiet inside and a nice place to sit and work. Tables are often dirty however.
