Ask for everything bagel they will give you sesame instead and you have to stir your coffee by yourself cause they care more about their shitty drive thru time than your order. Not worth it

I had an amazing experience at Tim Hortons! The guy at the counter, Achraf, has the best customer service — he’s so nice, friendly, and really goes above and beyond to make customers feel welcome. You can tell he genuinely cares about people. It’s rare to find service like that these days. Definitely made my day — thank you, Achraf! 🙌☕️

There's 2 dudes working every time I'm on night shift, they're awesome. I have never gotten their names but they're always great conversations when I pull up in the drive thru. Same goes with the lady that's at the window every once and a while too. By far my most favorite Tim Hortons to go to!

They always make my hazelnut cold brew wrong and 95% of my orders there something missing or they give me a medium when I ordered a lrg.

This by far has to be the worst Tim Hortons in the city. Most of the time they don’t have what you order and when you do get what you want it is either burnt or the wrong item when you’re going through the drive thru.

they have 5 people working but one person dealing with all the customers, it’s ridiculous that they waste money paying people to stand around and do nothing but talk to eachother. I’d rather go inside and make it myself at this point
I had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons this morning. I came in to buy a coffee and asked for a cup of water as well. The staff member at the counter did not seem to understand us properly and told us we needed to pay extra for a cup of water. In the UK, most cafés provide a cup of water with a purchase without charging extra, so this was very surprising and unpleasant. I really hope management can improve staff training and customer service, as this experience left me frustrated at the start of my day.
The manager Rola is very rude. She does not know how to talk to people.
