Do a mobile order, 10 min wait once I got inside. Nothing marked on the coffee, no receipt, order just placed on the counter and we're suppose to guess it's ours? You guys make coffee and sandwiches, it aint rocket science. Oh and coffee taste like water...

How frustrating. I’ve tried calling the business number multiple times to place an order, but no one ever answers. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve had this experience.

Every time I visit Ottawa, I make an effort to call this location in advance to place a larger order — but I’m consistently unable to get through. The last time I was here, I had to drive to the store the night before just to place my order in person, which really shouldn’t be necessary.

It’s genuinely disappointing, especially as a returning customer who wants to support your business. I know there’s a Tim Hortons on nearly every corner, but this location is conveniently close to where I’m headed in the morning, and I always try to give notice to help your team manage a larger order during what I assume is a peak time.

I realize I could place an order online or through the app, but unfortunately, some of the items I need — like multiple Take 12s — aren’t available through those platforms. This is exactly why I try to call ahead.

I hope the store can look into this issue — I’d really like to keep coming back.

I ordered a small Caramel Toffee with infused foam. I do not like it with too much foam so I asked the cashier if they can make it with not too much foam and he said of course I will try. He ended up making me one of the best drinks I've had at Tim Horton's. Thank you Ashraf for the wonderful experience! Keep up the good work!

Somethings up with this Timmy's. The bathrooms are dirty and the stalls don't lock closed. Wild! This place is more like a truck stop, the Muslim Lady yelling at me, and the rest of them had no idea what kind of bagels they had. I walked out with the wrong order and I immediately had to go somewhere else to get my breakfast.
