Asking for a well stirred triple triple Steeped Tea is seems like a crime at this place. I was told “We don’t stir drinks here”. I guess asking for that in a polite way maybe was not right. ZERO SERVICE STARS. Next time follow your training server.

The man that works at night almost everynight, just watched him go to the bathroom, walk out still zipping up his fly, then proceed to make our drinks without washing his hands, he doesn’t wear deoderant causing a smell that makes me avoid the store at night most times, and I’m not alone. He has no interest in working there and says machines are broken when I got an ice Capp just an hour prior.

Walked in knowing they serve breakfast until 4, and before 3 zero breakfast foods were available. Alot of moving bodies, only a few working. One gentleman remedied my order and this franchise should be greatful to have staff in a fast food store, to take ownership for a mistake then fix it. That's how you achieve repeat business. I left another location to hope this one was different. Just as bad, even less staff. Supposedly the new owners decided to sent the baker who usually works until 5 and does an evening bake for the rest of the night, and supposedly they are sent home at 1130...not even even a baker until noon. I know it's a tough time financially, but seriously... That can't be true, and if that is necessary, then this franchise is in deeper trouble then I thought.My thoughts, focus on the customers ie service and food quality, or Atleast the consistency of it being good. I don't want like this time an over 10$ lunch after not having a menu they offer, and I get a pathetic wrap mixed with slow cooked and a few nuggets of chicken so dry they turn to powder.... Completely unacceptable... Respect throw times... Including the coffee... 20 minutes always fresh... How am I more familiar with Tim's policies while most either have a lakc of knowledge or training, or simply give off a I dont want to be here vibe... Not to mention something as small as acknowledging a customer line hello, good day, I'll be right with you... Nothing they just ignore you storefront, just as usually their age and mind of immature behaviour comes to no surpriseI could keep pulling this apart like string cheese, but I don't have an axe to grind. I'm a now unhappy customer who frequents your stores about 2-3 times daily... Do you want that commitment just walking away because you didn't want to be proactive about your franchise... No? Then it's simple, take the feedback of the few people holding up your restaurant, and make the change. End of story.

Placed a mobile order and upon pick-up the staff never prepared the order and he said “just pick something else” while pointing on the racks that were empty. And for the record, I just ordered timbits and a food bowl, which I believe are staple on a store. The crew member— Majid, was not even talking to me directly, instead he walked around the store and not entertaining my question. He’s not even trying to solve the issue. Instead of making a refund, he told me to come back on Monday when the manager (Matt) is around— that’s 2 days away and I don’t live in the area.

This location must be desperate for workers. They've just rehired an employee named Kim who is the absolute worst person I've ever been served by. The old manager told me she was fired because of to many complaints in the past. I'll be dusting off my Keurig today as I will not be going back.
