This has to be the Tim hortons with the nicest customer service I’ve ever seen. You can tell that the staff know their regular customers and remember their orders. You don’t see this anymore

This is my second review of this location.
We have been going to this one for well over a decade because it’s the closest to where we live.
In the past year or so we have seen a significant decline.
Aside from management, who only work the early shift, most of the staff are not great.
The place is not properly cleaned. The tables are always filthy and sticky. I always have to get a wet rag to clean up myself. No one offers.
We always order dark roast and most times we have to wait because they are out and another pot wasn’t already brewing.
You have unhoused people loitering inside and outside.
One of the front doors was broken for a couple of months.
Today they only had older donuts and muffins and no bagels because the oven was being replaced. There was no foresight to have extra made just for this reason.
I’m wondering if the franchisee knows about this. If not s/he should.
I tried to make this comment on the Tim’s site as requested the last time but without a receipt you can’t do it.
I expect a better response than “I’m sorry, we will try to do better”.
This location needs serious attention.
We will going elsewhere until we are advised that things have improved.

When going in, the people are the most respectful and helpful, the drinks are the best especially the quenchers and the brown sugar latte. Quick and great service. Definitely recommend

It’s been 3 days , i am going there and every time i ask them for garlic bread they refused or make an excuse because they don’t want to spend time baking it. The store was not busy so they can clearly bake one. Very poor customer service.

Pretty disappointed as I bought a dozen doughnuts, got home and found them really stale. In fact the honey cruller was not fresh and chewy it was crunchy. I found out later the baker has called in sick so they used old donuts and didn't tell me. I won't be back and pretty unhappy w this low level of service
When going into this location I am always greeted with kind and efficient service. The staff makes sure that my order is made right and to my sastifaction. I am always greeted with a smile and a warm welcoming hello when I walk into the store. I always try to remember that they are human beings and everyone makes mistakes and they are trying their best when working especially in hot conditions.

I really appreciate the level of service and kindness at this location. I come at least once a week and I am always overjoyed to be greeted by Celine, she’s lovely, upbeat, and helpful. I will happily drive 15+ minutes out of my way to come see her specifically! Always a pleasure!
