I rarely have a positive experience at this Tims. Another wrong order yesterday. The employee handed me my coffee and didn’t write the additives on the lid. When she looked at the screen for the 2nd coffee, I sensed she had the 1st wrong. I asked what was in it and she remarked, what’s on the screen. Sure enough it was wrong. I’ve seen an employee giving a client hell for standing at the wrong spot to order, and I once had to check on a customer passed hunched over a table. When I asked about him, the employees just didn’t care. It’s a common theme at this location. It seems to be mostly the younger employees. Avoid this one.

Le monsieur à la caisse (je pense qu'il s'appelle Justin) m'a dit bonjour dès que je suis arrivé pour passer ma commande, a été très rapide et m'a souhaité une bonne journée en partant. Ce magasin pourrait enseigner à d'autres établissements le service à la clientèle.

Farriel is absolutely wonderful! She remembered my order after only 3 days of me coming in! Farriel began working on my order while I was in line so that I wouldn’t have to wait as long. I can’t even begin to explain how impressed I am. All the employees at this location are so incredibly kind. The food is truly made with care here. This is my favourite Tim Hortons. 10/10.
