I don’t visit this location often because I don’t live in Ottawa, but whenever I travel to Montreal, I always stop here on my way there and back. This has always been my favorite Tim Hortons location.
However, today I felt very disappointed when I saw a long line and only one lady working hard to serve everyone. When she asked her co-worker for help, he rudely replied, ‘I know how to do my job,’ which was very surprising to me. What shocked me even more was that the lady didn’t argue at all and, even though she seemed to be going on her break, she continued working instead.
I have always had a good experience at this Tim Hortons, but today I was very disappointed to see that some staff don’t respect their coworkers or value customers. I hope the management will look into this so that it doesn’t happen again

I always stop by this Tim Hortons for my cold brew in afternoon, and the service is consistently great. Tayaba is especially friendly and welcoming, she remembers my order and always makes sure everything’s perfect. It’s a small thing, but it really makes the experience better. Appreciate the great service!

I come here usually to enjoy a morning cup of coffee while working on my laptop before heading to my shift i guess we need more places like that , well done tim’s team the interior makes you feel sitting in a professional place with affordable prices , please we need more places like that , one last thing , please clean the table and the surface , it is not really spotless.
