WOW.... IS ALL I CAN SAY... I ordered a chicken snackable, wedges and a chocolate dip doughnut... they placed the doughnut at the bottom of the bag, proceeded to place the wedge container on top of the doughnut and the sandwhich in a separate bag placed on top of the wedges. Obviously causing the doughnut to melt and absorb into the wedge container!!!! Just WOW
I cannot accept this as an innocent oversight. This is simply ignorant IDGAF actions and I cannot let this one go!!!

I would never go to this Tim Hortons again. They gave me wrong food 4 times in a row and it’s not only one person who does that. The thing made me leaving a review is that I don’t eat pork/beef/sausages and I ordered a farmer’s wrap - egg & cheese and when ate it at my work they put a sausage in it, I also confirmed with my co-workers cuz I have never ate it before. This was totally disgusting for me who had no idea what’s in the wrapped food. Now Imagine a person with some kind of allergies getting served with the food they should be away from. I wish management take some actions and try to change their staff because 4 times in a row is not a mistake. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Be careful people about what your eating there.

Unfortunately, and I'm not sure why, this Tim's seems to mess my order up about half the time. Today I tried to pick up an internet order, I had to wait 15 extra minutes because they didn't have certain foods cooked, and when they finally brought it there were two things missing! This seems typical of this location. If you are going to a Tim's near this location, I recommend going to the nearby location on Hunt Club.

**Update** I emailed customer service like the reply to my review told me to do, and got some robotic answer about reaching out to the restaurant… useless. Let’s see in a month from now (when I go back) to see if reaching out actually did something.
This is the worst Tim’s by far. I love being greeted in the drive thru with a “yes?” And not “welcome to Tim Hortons, how may I help you?”. Cherry on top is getting to the window and them shove their debit machines in your car even though you use scan to pay, then get annoyed because they have to take their debit machine back. Then they finish it off with a game of catch with your order! I swear, if we let them, they’d put my order in my cup holder and my passenger seat themselves (their arms are halfway there anyways) Customer service here is brutal. I understand you’re fast food, and it does get busy quickly, but doesn’t mean humanity should go out the window. Do better.

We ordered it through Drive Thru so we didn’t see it until after we left. This location should be ashamed selling these little croissants.

they fill our ice cap and coffee half way and got the order wrong 2 times. we asked to fill it out more but they said we had to pay more. the workers were very blunt but that could have just been one person. the customer service is so bad we laughed and the don’t even look at us.
