I had a very unpleasant experience at this Tim Hortons. Yesterday, I came at 6:00 AM and placed an order of approximately $200. At first, the cashier seemed a bit confused, which is completely understandable for a large order, but she quickly organized everything and had it ready in about 20 minutes.
This morning, I arrived again at 6:00 AM and placed almost the same order. Immediately, the cashier named Márcia (I mention her name because I don’t want to blame anyone else, I have seen her being rude to other customers before, and she seems to be in charge of the team) said harshly that I should call ahead for orders of this size and that she would not accept it next time. She repeated this 3 or 4 times, until I finally responded, “OK, I UNDERSTAND!”
I fully understand that she can kindly request customers to call ahead so the staff can be better prepared. But there is absolutely no need to be disrespectful, rude, or practically refuse my order. I have been on the other side — I know how busy and stressful it can be — but being rude to a customer is never acceptable.
I also wonder what the owner of this location thinks about an employee refusing a $200 order that took exactly 15 minutes to prepare, especially when I clearly said, “Take your time.”
To make things worse, she forgot to give me a box of 6 donuts from my order. When I returned to pick it up, she didn’t even apologize.
Overall, very disappointing experience.

Can you turn *some* of your lights off when you're closed? Every light inside is on, the drive thru light is so bright you can see it from the space station, several cars in the drive thru waiting, and yet you're closed. Some kind of indication would be helpful, cuz you certainly look open...

This is hands down the best Tim Hortons location we've ever been to! The staff is super friendly, the manager is amazing, and the food & drinks are always prepared perfectly. Special shoutout to Marcia for being the best, thank you for all that you do!

A whole month has gone by and I keep asking my self why do I keep coming here. In hopes the coffee will taste half decent. instead I continuously get coffee that tastes burt or takes very watery. After this morning im definitely not going there anymore as its obviously never gonna change. I literally just dumped my coffee out ar the shop as it was watery and gross sick of wasting my money it sucks its the only one close to the shop.

Very disappointed in this BLT I got a turkey bacon club the other day from the same location and it almost had as much bacon on it as it did turkey then today I get a BLT and that's the amount of bacon I have on it that's definitely the last time I get food from that location
