Worst Tim's Ive ever been to. Was yelled at by a cashier, another got my order wrong and simply saying sorry I'll remake it stood there trying to defend themselves. Honestly if it wasn't next to a government building I'd be surprised if it would still be open. There are so many better coffee options nearby, try those instead of this location if in the area

I want to take a moment to give a heartfelt shoutout to two truly outstanding team members at this Tim Hortons location—Mariana and Dola. I work just a couple of minutes away, and without fail, I place my mobile order at exactly 12 p.m. every day on my lunch break. Like clockwork, by the time I walk in, my food is already prepared and waiting—without exception.
What amazes me most is how consistently efficient, clean, and professional Mariana and Dola are, especially given how busy this location gets. Despite the fast pace and high volume, they handle the sandwich bar with such grace and attention to detail. My wraps and sandwiches are always perfectly folded, neatly wrapped, and never messy—no grease, no smudges, just spotless, high-standard presentation every single time.
Over time, both Mariana and Dola have come to know me by name and face, and it means a lot. Even when the store is bustling with customers, they manage to spot me and hand over my order with a smile. It’s that kind of personal touch that makes a regular lunch break feel a little more special.
I’ve tried other Tim Hortons in the area, but none compare to the level of care, speed, and quality I experience here—thanks to these two incredible women. Mariana and Dola, you make this location shine, and your work does not go unnoticed. Thank you for your dedication.

This is by far the best Tim Hortons I've ever been to. Of course there will be minor mistakes here and there however, the staff in there operate like an army. They are always working and despite the line ups and mobile orders coming in, everything is done with precision, accuracy, all while being speedy. This is the best Tim Hortons I've ever been to. I've made a edit on the map location. The Google Maps has been showing this location inside the building of 240 sparks street. I've repositioned the pin point om the map. When looking up 200 sparks street, it shows correctly. The address for the Tim hortons is also correct but not when looking up the pin point of the Tim hortons on the maps.
