Everytime I go there they mess up my order just this morning I ordered though the drive thru a black coffee with three sugar and when I got back home there was so much cream in my coffee it was white I do not recommend going to that Tim Hortons every single other one is better
After seeing the reviews, I am not surprised the past 4 weeks they have no sandwich bread but sells you a sandwich on a bagel for an extra 20 cents.

After several times for having a taste of herb and garlic cheese in a cream cheese bagel; due to using the same spoon to scope the both cheese into the bagels. I politely asked the cashier to not repeat the issue as I am allergic to garlic cheese. The person who his photo is attached stepped in the middle of conversation telling me “you don’t scream at my employees” and when I told him that the issue has been repeated several times. He kept repeating himself “you don’t scream at my employees” and when I asked him to connect me with the super or the manager he told me he’s in charge. Had to leave the store without buying any breakfast as I didn’t like the negative attitude from the management.

I wouldn't even give 1 star to the food here. Guys your service was amazing, you were kind and polite, but the crispy chicken was at the very least 8 hours old. It was so hard I could barely chew it. And the rice bowl was absolutely saturated in sauce and had next to no chopped veggies, and there was a crouton in it?? It was the worst Timmies food I have ever, ever eaten. I would rather than you had just said you were out of crispy chicken than you give me that garbage. Keep up the great service, but please improve your food at this location!

They have no idea how to actually fill your cup with the amount of drink you ordered. Every time I order a French vanilla, they fill it 75% of the way. I’ve asked for them to top it to the fill line, no luck.
