This location seems to have a serious cockroach problem. On my first visit I saw a cockroach wandering around the garbage area and hoped it was a one-off. But on my third visit I saw four cockroaches wandering around the seating area, completely out in the open. Until the roach issue is addressed I'd steer clear of this location. The Tim Hortons on Navaho just a few blocks down is much cleaner and has better stock.
Aside from that, it's pretty quiet and cozy, but not very clean (there's traces of dirt and miscellaneous crud around the baseboards). The staff are prompt in taking orders and friendly. I've had a positive experience with the coffee/beverages, but I probably wouldn't get food here.

Honestly probably one of the best locations in Ottawa. Whats most important to me is how FAST they are. Sai is incredible, always fast, taking the time to quickly wipe any excess coffee on the rim of my cup. They are very friendly and efficient which is critical in the mornings when people are rushing to work, last thing you want is to be late to work because the tim hortons drive through was moving slowly! Well done to Sai and the team!
