Even as busy as this location was, the staff were excellent and got everything perfect. Mg crew and I have been working in the area and we drive the extra 5 minutes to this location because we will get our orders perfect every time with smiles and courtesy from the staff. 5/5 stars just the parking is so tight with how busy it is! Great job every day

Had chicken wraps from drive through. The chicken was chunks of dried out meat, inedible. Very disappointed. I think they give drive through clients the discards of products. Wish I could post pictures.

My chocolate milk was Frozen...I asked for another one and they said they are all like that...I have never been served Frozen Chocolate Milk from Tim Hortons ..They said it was their Fridge and thats how it is..Funny how other Tims I never get Ic in my chocolate milk...They offered me a refund but the Disabled man I work with wanted the chocolate milk..I don't understand how it can get Frozen????They didn't cut my sandwhich either whenever I get it from this location.Not impressed at all.

I get my coffee here for work for the past 5 years, recently as of a year ago this place have terrible service! They rush me through the drive thru meanwhile not giving me my change! If I wait for my change they keep telling me “Next please!” Even when there’s no one behind me! I believe they are doing this on purpose to keep my change! I’ve noticed my coffee is weak lately so I take my time to test it before I go! They told me if I’m to test my drinks then come inside next time! I AM NEVER COMING BACK HERE!

Terrible, what an embarrassment of a restaurant. They might as well toss the ingredients into a bag and serve it like that because clearly the assembly of a sandwich is too much to ask. Don’t waste your money, might as well go to McDonalds.

Drive tru available. No line ups. Ordered a wrap and the guy put some gloves on before preparing the food. Very quick.
Very slow service,1 person ahead of me in line and still took 10 minutes to have my order taken, extremely rude dismissive employees and the ceiling leaking in multiple places above Is where food is prepared and transported.. The bathrooms are extremely dirty And the drive through staff rushes you through Passing you all items without even having time to put your change away or put your card back in your wallet While telling you to drive away and hurry up.. I would NEVER recommend this location to anyone, I will make it a priority to advise people against coming to this location!!

You can never go wrong with Timmies, it’s a very nice place to sit in the morning whether it’s to look out the window or do some work while having a hot drink, and a donut.For the service, you do have to keep an open mind, considering that there are a lot of new workers there a lot of the times, so showing some patients could go a long way, and at the end of the day, it works out.My order, which is a very popular item is a farmers wrap with egg and cheese, but recently instead of getting it in a tortilla, I get it in a bagel which I’ve enjoyed more, for the sweets if you want to try something new, they always have a variety of their new dream donuts/cookies but you could never go wrong with an OG Tim Hortons donut.My drink varies on the weather, but my go to in the winter is a French vanilla, which is nice and simple but always hits the spot.Vegetarian options: From what I’ve seen, their vegetarian options have a very wide variety, considering there are a lot of sweets, but for the savoury foods, you could always ask to remove the protein.

The worst tim Hortons. I came in the morning for the coffee. I had one survey coupon code for the drinks but the front team member talked rudely and told me she will ask someone. Later, she tells me you can call out supervisor and ask her only and your supervisor was just busy in drive thru that she also ignored me. I'll recommend everyone to go anywhere else but not here. The worst customer greetings I have ever had. Please teach your staff to at least talk respectfully and if you don't know at least say no but don't ignore.

We ordered a some hot drinks and a loaded bowl to go. Got the drinks fast, but had to wait 20+ minutes to get the loaded bowl (where other locations would have taken 5 minutes max) while my wife and the 6 months old baby waiting in the car in freezing weather. About 5 people working there, nobody cared to work on my order. I had to ask couple of them about it until one girl said she would do it. By this time all of our drinks had become cold, so I had to refuse them, which they gave new drinks..Overall, not satisfied with the service.
