Would you like some chocolate on your old fashion plain? This strip from the Boston cream above which you would think were fresh because the chocolate definitely look fresh but the donut was very stale.
How many brand bad reviews do you need before you pull your chain out of here?

The server was sleeping, we drove all the way from 15 kms to get coffee, what we got is empty shelf no nothing available. Why are you guys open then please enter close on google maps and don't waste time of others.

Dietary restrictions: I went to this place at 5 AM today Morning and guy there told me only they serve Coffee. He looks very tired and no interest to serve customers. Coffee taste was completely different. Very disappointing experience and never go to this place. It’s waste of money.

Yet another outlet, and back to hiring non english first language CSR'sCookies are awful.. cilantro lime wra, nasty, and XL STEEP TEA, 3 CREAM 2 SWEETENER WAS EXCELLENT, FROM THE RICHMOND STORE... THIS ONE, PIPING HOT, NO SWEETNER,I HAVE NOTHING AGAINST PEOPLE WANTING TO WORK HERE. BUT WHEN I GO OVER MY ORDER 4 TIMES.. AT LEAST WROTE THE INGREDIENTS ADDED ON THE COVERI HATE YOU TIM HORTON.THE AMERICAN COMPANY IN YOU IS DESTROYING A CANADIAN ICON

This Tim Hortons is inside an Esso station so it is a bit limited. The doughnut choices are limited and don't seem to be the popular ones because there are many left end of day. No ice caps or ice coffee at this location. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. They don't have the ability to let you earn or use Tim's points but you can earn PC optimum points instead so it's a fair trade off. If you aren't looking for the full menu and don't care about Tim's points this place will suit you just fine.

Supposed to be a 24 hour location, instead the man working was sitting on the ground beside the counters so he couldn’t be seen, playing on his phone. When asked about coffee he said they were cleaning the pots (which were severely stained) and that they would not be making coffee or serving any products.
