Very cozy and artistic environment, newly Renovated. Love the new Filled croissant, brownie and Chai Late here. Pizza, Chili Soup, Spicy Chicken Sandwich are my favourites. Great for one coming here to relax, for friends to socialize, for families to chill, and for groups to gather together to celebrate.

Had a blessed experience. I was using my tims rewards because I forgot my wallet at home, but unfortunately you can only use the points once at a time and can't get multiple orders, have to wait about an hour to order again with points so Ankit and her team at the morning time were so kind to give me a coffee. I'm happy with the experience I had today at TH. May God bless you all in Jesus Christ's name. 🙏🏼

This is the best Tim Hortons in Ottawa! The service is always excellent, and the staff are always so friendly and attentive and the place is also very clean.
Placed a mobile order. 15 minutes later, it still wasn’t ready. I had to prompt an employee to get the order fulfilled

So Tim Hortons has now reduced the size of their sandwiches again seems to be like a yearly thing so this is now the croissant. They’ve turned a little croissant into like a roll. It looks like a dinner roll. It’s minuscule and of course the price just went up again.

If there was zero star. I would do that and this person was the rudest person ever . I would never in my life suggest anyone to visit this place. Also this specific lady was so rude and she doesn’t even know how to talk . Whenever I ask anything she always denies that they don’t have any stock like why the hell they hire these people if they don’t train them how to work . Worst part is they never have anything available not even coffee if you ask them any time whether it might be day or night they won’t serve you anything specially this woman . I took a picture because i had no choice she didn’t mention her name and also yelled .
