Last night was the last time I will be going to this Tim Hortons. The coffee was so hot it burnt my mouth. I have some nice blisters on the roof of my mouth. I've spoken to staff before about this, but they've only gotten worse. I hope they start to monitor the temp

The Tim Hortons at 2970 Carling Avenue is always incredibly slow serving in-person customers. I am a frequent customer here and every time I walk in, I wait at least 10 minutes for my order, which typically consists of 1-2 drinks. This is also true for orders made on the kiosk. The staff are always unapologetic for their slow service. There also seems to be a lack of organization. There are always several employees working, but most of them are focused on the drive thru or mopping the floor, even when there is a huge line up of customers. It makes no sense.

We placed an order at the kiosk in-store for 2 medium hot chocolate drinks. After waiting more than 10 minutes with no drinks in sight, we asked about the order. Many other customers had come and gone. Clearly, the order hadn't even been seen nor started. After another number of minutes, the drinks were ready. I understand busy, but they really weren't. Clearly, organized is not something they can be accused of.

Went to Tim's this morning for some breakfast and got the 'Dream Nutella donut' and while I was eating it a piece of plastic was inside of the nutella center.
I've never had issues with Tim's until now and am very frustrated with this experience.

I waited a long time to write this review, hoping things would change as I am an avid Tim Hortons customer. This review concerns the Tim Hortons at 2970 Carling Ave, Ottawa. This is another restaurant shamefully hiding behind the brand. Unfortunately, it is one of the dirtiest Tim Hortons in Ottawa, along with the one at 2301 Navaho Dr, by College Square. The floors are sticky, and have not been washed in months. The doors to the bathrooms are sticky and filthy. The bathrooms are deplorable, smelly, with urine and used toilet paper lining the sticky floors, and broken/old/rusty receptacles. Clearly they have not been cleaned in months. Tables are filthy and sticky, with flies across and are never cleaned after customers leave. Staff sit around chit chatting and texting during slow periods instead of tending to the restaurant and the rest rooms. Food is okay, but questionable at times. A shameful example of a national brand, a shadow of its former self run into the ground. It will be a matter of time before people will get gravely ill eating at one of these places. No wonder people are starting to make their own coffee at home. Enter at your own risk!

I did a drive through, there was a lady talking aggressively and I think on purpose served cold step tea and cold egg sandwich. Ruined my day
