I have been working night shift at the TOH Civic campus for the past two years and I am very pleased with the service I am getting by Ricardo not only he is well spoken, but very quick never seen that guy sitting free always doing something keeping himself busy while smashing through the orders of coffees and sandwiches which is very commendable. Thank you, Ricardo for your incredible service and helping us staying awake at night with your coffees.
I just found out that at this location overnight staff are not to converse with customers because to much time is taken getting the job done. I will say that Tim hortons once again has shown how money hungry they really are and personally I can say that the overnight staff do above and beyond the job required and we the customers look forward to a conversation especially in the middle of the night so please tim hortons back off and let the staff do what they are doing best .

The service was not with a smile, specially if English is your only language.
The place is short staffed for the volume of customers. Language is a big barrier.
Over all, it is fine to eat there, food quality is good, good old Timmies taste!
