I love this place!!! The staff members are so good and nice always with a smile. I love the atmosphere. I have gone to so many timmis but never felt like this place it brings a good atmosphere every time i go. Which made my everyday coffee stop. I always do mobile and because of the staff i do cash now . I love to have the short talks with the staff before i get my coffee. Just love this place🫶🏼

Update to the owner's post - regarding custoemr service.. i made a complaint and NOONE ever contacted me. Furthermore/ noone respondes ti business bureau who is trying yo contact business. And food safety inspector who contacted me/ let me know that it is most likely chemical poisoning from cleaning products..
meaning that employees do not follow safety procedures and let food get contaminated by cleaning products!

I hope dear owner you will try that food eventually. Would be okay if your children got poisoned? Would you close your eyes then???

I got yelled at and got food poisoning there.
So will not recommend to anyone. Huge disappointment in whole chain now - how do they also chose their personnel? Most aggressive?!

Had been served with molded hashbrown this morning.
As i was on the phone i tried ti eat quickly( working mornings..) i got super strong taste of mold and my mought and throat were burning and Irritating.
When asked for a manager , arrived some you g asian girl who has been extremely rude! She called me a liar and was mocking me laughing and saying if i am dying- ( because i was trying to clear my throat!) she can call 911 for my drama..
But she was laughing with her colleagues infront of all customers!!
Its such a shame to get poisoned with the food which cost me 8 CAD(!!) and than some rude employee will try to accuse me that i want to take adavntage of 2 CAD on potential hashbrown refund!

So is it new standard now for service at timmies and serv a molded food?!
I raised my concern asking them to check the food to not serve to other people and especially children.
They just ignored me.
3 hours later i am with the nurse on the phone with food poisoning.
I hope people will read this and not risk to go there to get poisoned and yelled at

Order here if you want to be late for meetings. 35 minutes for a chicken sandwich mobile ordered for pick up. Unbelievable.

The saving Grace and additional star is because the staff are very sympathetic and nice. But holy moly... Avoid.

I thought that ordering through the app would be simple. I have ordered five times in the last couple of months. Twice there were required substitutions that held up my order for an addition 10 minutes and twice I my order was not completed which wasted 15-20 minutes of my day because they forgot my food completely. The one order that had no issues was a coffee.

Service is consistently slow, bakery shelves are consistently low stock or empty in the morning, especially limited time items. The time spent in line to get a single coffee can be anywhere from 2 to 10 minutes.

** The paper lids were removed and we are back to plastic. Edited my review to 5 stars. Please don't go back. **Posted this complaint of the paper lids as suggested by the Tim Hortons cashier at this location. I was told there is no other route to share our concerns with management other than a public Google review, as they have no comment cards or customer survey to evaluate these lids.I find this lack of communication to their customers insulting and the incredibly poor quality of these lids to be an example of their commitment to their customers. These paper lids melt within eight minutes, warping and leaking and tainting any drink with the taste of paper and wood. At the very least, bring back plastic lids as an option we can request if not remove the paper lids entirely.

This is the slowest worst managed timmies ive ever been to. I go regularly each week, and it always takes 15 to 20mins to get my order of coffee and breakfast sandwich. They have 6 people working but only 1 cash with lines out the door. Today there were at least a dozen waiting for mobile orders.Terrible management, so much for fast food.

The owners don't set the hours, the workers do. They shut down an hour or two before 3:00pm after a long day of somehow finding a way to make terrible bagels that somehow still sell.
