I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich, but the first one was cold and tasted like it came straight from the freezer. I was upset because the tall girl who made it didn’t listen when I mentioned it. I went back, and thankfully Gurpreet helped me—she refunded my money and made me a fresh sandwich. She really turned my bad experience into a good one.

An awful women's washroom. In my 30 years of living in Canada, this is the first time I’ve seen such a dirty washroom. This is a disgrace for Tim Hortons restaurants! They absolutely need to be inspected by the Canadian food inspection agency.
There’s nothing to discuss with me. You should speak with your branch manager about maintaining the location properly and keeping it clean.

I’ve been to this location a couple of times, and each visit has been excellent. The service and environment are both top-notch. In particular, there’s an employee named Simran who really stood out—she almost always remembers my order and is consistently fast, polite, and attentive. Her exceptional service definitely adds to the overall great experience.

I visited Tim Hortons this morning and was pleasantly surprised by the quick and friendly service. Simran at the counter greeted me with a smile, took my order accurately, and made sure everything was just right. My coffee was hot, and the breakfast sandwich was fresh. The location was clean and organized, even during the morning rush.
Constantly having issues when placing orders with the mobile app at this location. I’ll place the order a few minutes before entering the store and have to wait up to 15-20mins while orders placed after me are completed. A week ago I waited 20mins for a small black ice coffee when the store wasn’t busy.
Never had an issue with the other nearby locations downtown.

The food was normal (EDIT:The food gave me food poisoning) but everytime I go the employees are extremely rude and unprofessional, taking very long to fill orders because their gossiping with eachother, and the entire place is infested with cockroaches, they were crawling all over the walls the tables the chairs the counters and the floor most of them were huge but they were of all sizes, the worst location I have ever visited. -update edit from the next day, my partner and I now have food poisoning from what we purchased, I do not recomend anyone goes here they are compleltey unhigenitc and unprofessional.
