Used to be an okay place now just bad. Orders made slow and we the customers have to remind them of what we ordered. Also experienced a racist encounter before from another customer - very upsetting. Just keeps going downhill. Questionable cleanliness, hot spot for the unhoused as well. Take that as you'd like.

I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich, but the first one was cold and tasted like it came straight from the freezer. I was upset because the tall girl who made it didn’t listen when I mentioned it. I went back, and thankfully Gurpreet helped me—she refunded my money and made me a fresh sandwich. She really turned my bad experience into a good one.

Very disappointed to find out that my nearest Tim Hortons is no longer serving diabetic friendly bagel options. They usually have 12 grain or a whole wheat bagels.
