The place was clean and well-organized, which made the visit even better. I really appreciate the consistent quality and atmosphere—definitely one of the better Tim Hortons locations I’ve been to. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich, but the first one was cold and tasted like it came straight from the freezer. I was upset because the tall girl who made it didn’t listen when I mentioned it. I went back, and thankfully Gurpreet helped me—she refunded my money and made me a fresh sandwich. She really turned my bad experience into a good one.

I’ve been to this location a couple of times, and each visit has been excellent. The service and environment are both top-notch. In particular, there’s an employee named Simran who really stood out—she almost always remembers my order and is consistently fast, polite, and attentive. Her exceptional service definitely adds to the overall great experience.
