Went in to get a hot drink to collect the retro cups even though I think itās disrespectful to bring back the cups and not the lids but most importantly, refusing to bring back the Authentic retro employees. Why?
Guy at the till was rude as ever when I asked for a specific cup. He didnāt know what I was talking about. I even said the white one, ālike the one over hereā and heās like āwhat do you want?ā Like Iām not pointing at it. He pulled up the same ugly cup that took over within the past 5 yrs, and itās was red! š What other white cup would I have been talking about? Critical thinking skills are absent. He also didnāt switch the machine at the till so I could pay. When I tried telling him, he stopped the machine from dispensing, looked at me and asked again what I wanted. He needs an attitude check. They donāt even know the significance of our old cups and heās miserable which made my day miserable. He laughed with another girl afterwards. Timās, you messed up and I canāt wait for the government to go after your refusal to hire Canadians due to corporate greed.
Some advice: donāt bring back nostalgia if you wonāt bring back Canadian employees! We want Canadians in our restaurants and our old items and cups/lids back!!!!!

This is a gas station Tim Hortons, not a real one. The selection is limited and many items are not carried. They're always sold out of the best baked goods, I don't know why they don't just get more.

There was a large piece of hard black plastic in the first Timbit I ate. I was close enough to go back and ask for a refund. Despite politely explaining the problem, I was cursed at, ignored, and treated with disrespect and suspicion for not being able to identify which flavour timbit I spat out of my mouth, despite having photos and having had been in the store moments prior. For reference the piece of plastic on my finger in the photo is about the size of a sesame seed and sharp on all edges. I was reluctantly issued a refund after multiple requests.

Quick and easy stop at Tim Hortons! The coffee was hot and fresh, and the service was fast and friendly. The staff smiled and helped me with my order. A great place to relax for a few minutes. Definitely a Canadian favourite!ā Suleyman F.

So i pull up to get gas they have hockey preview blasting out of all the speakers on the gas pumps it is very annoying and I should not need hear this when I just want gas
