Waiting 35 minutes for a coffee at 6 am at a one-person shop.

This is the only place to get coffee in the terminal at the airport. Wait was over 30 mins for a cup of coffee. There is no sense of urgency when there’s such a long line and no where else for people to go. Maybe you should have more than one person working here?

The Tim Hortons at the airport was an average experience overall. The staff was polite but seemed a bit overwhelmed, resulting in a longer wait than expected. A major downside was that they were completely out of milk and only had cream available, which was disappointing for those who prefer milk or have dietary restrictions. The food and coffee quality were as expected from Tim Hortons, but the limited options and lack of essentials took away from the convenience you’d hope for at an airport location. It’s a decent stop if you need a quick bite, but they could definitely improve by ensuring they’re stocked with basics like milk.

Disappointing Experience at Tim Hortons in Ottawa International Airport
I recently visited the Tim Hortons location in Ottawa International Airport, expecting a quick and satisfying coffee break before my flight. Unfortunately, my experience was a letdown.
As the only coffee shop in the airport, I was surprised to find that this Tim Hortons lacked a digital menu board (it was off), making it difficult to explore their offerings. But that was just the beginning.
The menu itself was severely limited, with no frappes or other specialty drinks available. I opted for a basic coffee, which was overpriced and unremarkable.
The lack of options and dated ambiance made for a underwhelming experience. Considering the captive audience at an airport, I expected more from Tim Hortons.

Restaurantji Recommends
Hours before they close , have no sandwiches, no bagels anything… the employee rudely told me that they only have what is in the display and coffee young man with long hair very very disappointing I would highly recommend going to the other restaurants that are available. Also over heard airport employees saying that it always like that

This Tim’s met my expectations in both service and food quality. Located in the US boarding gate terminal at Ottawa international airport it is good to have a reasonably priced snack before boarding the airplane. They have some comfortable chairs and wall plugs to charge your electronic devices

Asked for veggie this is what they gave me very small portion and charged for full. That’s unacceptable if you dont have actual portion than say you dont have dont steal people money.
I asked to scan my Timmy's card, I was told no, this is not a Tim

Ask for the price in advance, otherwise they’ll overcharge you as some items don’t have price tags. Muffins are dried and cold, yet they have decency to ask 15% tip as a default option.
