Tim Hortons

Spent three weeks trying and talk to someone to resolve an issue and all they did was give me the same runaround – we will look into it and call you back. They never did after multiple follow ups. I would give zero stars as they clearly dont care about their customers. Save yourself the trouble by avoiding this place and go somewhere that will value you as a customer!

Explain to me how they can be closed before 8pm at an airport and it’s open 24 hours with passengers or staff. I went there before 8pm on a Friday and it’s closed… if you can’t be open move out and put a business that wants to open. A lot of staff I talked to have complained and of course on deaf ears.

The absolute worst experience I've had at a Time Hortons, ever. To start, we get repeatedly ignored by the woman at the counter. She finally takes our order, with a scowl the whole time. My coffee is old and tepid. She then gets the order wrong. It then becomes an ordeal just to get the cream in my coffee that she had forgotten. The part that is most bothersome is the complete lack of professionalism and foul attitude/scowl. Honestly. 2.7 start is too many.

5/5 just for Aida. I ran into some issues at this tim’s location with another employee. But Aida is just so friendly and kind and bubbly. She resolved everything and also put me in a good mood for the rest of the day. She put a cute note on the lid of my drink. I’d go back just to interact with her again.

Why are they asking me for tips if they can't even give me a clean lid and get the coffee order correct. 1 milk 1 cream is hardly rocket science.

Been waiting 15 mins for a BLT and wee were here when no one else was here.. other people arrived and they served them ham and cheese bagels. Why advertise BLT if you can’t make it fast.
There’s a subway right next to it, my advice? Don’t buy food from this Tim Hortons.

This was the worst Tim Hortons experience of my life! Please, do not go there! This morning, a staff member took an open container of cream out of the fridge, smelled it, didn’t like it, then gave it to another employee to smell. They laughed together and then started using it in customers’ coffee! I didn’t realize they had put it in mine until I tasted it — the unpleasant aftertaste of spoiled cream was awful! It’s such a shame we had already left the airport by the time we realized how disgusting the coffee was! And yes, they didn’t accept the Tims card for payment.

You don't sell croissants they are dry buns. Go to Europe have a croissant. Won't be back.

April 13,2025 ordered a regular coffee and it taste SO BITTER,I drink regular coffee everyday at Tims Merivale rd. so i know how it really taste like!!🫢

For a Tim Horton this is not good

The doughnuts are was smaller then usual which is really weird 😭

It’s very uninviting and small with a single worker.

The food is just not up to standard for a Tim Hortons and put a bad first impression on the brand to people who might not have tried it before.

Overall go somewhere else if you want the have a quick bite before your plane ride ✈️

Bought a chicken bacon sandwich. When I was at the boarding gate, i took a bite and was surprised that the chicken was too hard. It’s not crunchy hard but hard like close to a candy that you can break using your teeth hard. Since i have someone with me i bought two of this chicken hard sandwich. Imagine the disappointment of being hungry and having this kind of food.
