5/5 just for Aida. I ran into some issues at this tim’s location with another employee. But Aida is just so friendly and kind and bubbly. She resolved everything and also put me in a good mood for the rest of the day. She put a cute note on the lid of my drink. I’d go back just to interact with her again.
For a Tim Horton this is not good
The doughnuts are was smaller then usual which is really weird 😭
It’s very uninviting and small with a single worker.
The food is just not up to standard for a Tim Hortons and put a bad first impression on the brand to people who might not have tried it before.
Overall go somewhere else if you want the have a quick bite before your plane ride ✈️

The Tim Hortons at the airport was an average experience overall. The staff was polite but seemed a bit overwhelmed, resulting in a longer wait than expected. A major downside was that they were completely out of milk and only had cream available, which was disappointing for those who prefer milk or have dietary restrictions. The food and coffee quality were as expected from Tim Hortons, but the limited options and lack of essentials took away from the convenience you’d hope...
