Got served 2 coffees. One was normal hot temperature, the other who knows what happened it was beyond cold. You could have felt the difference when serving it, and it should not have been given. Very disappointed

You need to have more than one human working this store. Yes at times I can imagine it is not busy, but the poor girl that is in there daily is running around like crazy all of the time. I went in to get 2 donuts & had to wait over 15 minutes to get service because she was all alone and had a massive order before me. this is NOT a review on the employee (she was lovely) - this is on the employer, do better.

The service was the worst ever I faced and they threw the donuts in the bag and when we opened it it was smudge and we were really mad because also they didn't give us all our change back.
