By far the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. I waited over 3 minutes without someone saying a word on the intercom. So I drove forward and the employee refused to serve us and said we had to go back in line. He actually admitted to not saying a word for over 3 minutes and thought it was reasonable. I made multiple complaints and was told a store representative would call me back. It’s been over a month now and nothing! It’s obvious the owner doesn’t care about their employees conduct.

A very busy location. Coffee is good and service is fast, but they ate struggling to keep the place clean (which is not surprising given the traffic they get).
0 stars for this place. Arrived with 15 minutes extra time before I needed to leave for work. Between waiting in line to order and waiting for my food, I was there for 40 minutes and was therefore late for work. I’ve never been in a Tim’s that moved so slow. They also forgot about my friends order after waiting all that time.
