You need to have more than one human working this store. Yes at times I can imagine it is not busy, but the poor girl that is in there daily is running around like crazy all of the time. I went in to get 2 donuts & had to wait over 15 minutes to get service because she was all alone and had a massive order before me. this is NOT a review on the employee (she was lovely) - this is on the employer, do better.

The service was the worst ever I faced and they threw the donuts in the bag and when we opened it it was smudge and we were really mad because also they didn't give us all our change back.

By far the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. I waited over 3 minutes without someone saying a word on the intercom. So I drove forward and the employee refused to serve us and said we had to go back in line. He actually admitted to not saying a word for over 3 minutes and thought it was reasonable. I made multiple complaints and was told a store representative would call me back. It’s been over a month now and nothing! It’s obvious the owner doesn’t care about their employees conduct.
