I recently visited this Tim Hortons location and had a disappointing experience with one of the crew members, Randy.
His behavior while taking my order and handing it over was unexpectedly so rude. She seemed irritated, was not welcoming, and spoke in an unfriendly manner. As a customer, I always expect basic courtesy and respect, especially in a service environment.
I hope the management can address this issue and ensure better customer service in the future, after this experience i will make sure to not visit this store in future and will not recommend to my freinds and family as well.

I had the worst experience in here. The survivor is very poor. I ordered something else and got something else. They don't have ment drinks available in here .

As with every Tim Horton's, the service was slow. As a wheelchair user, it is challenging to see anything over all the stuff on the counter. It is hard to pay and it is hard to reach my order. Less expensive than Starbucks, but also not nearly as good.

I am writing to express my frustration regarding a very unpleasant experience I had on Thursday, July 31st around 4:00 PM at the Tim Hortons in Billings.
I ordered an Iced Capp Mocha and a donut and was the first in line. However, while I was waiting, I saw that two Iced Capp Mochas (large) were served to two people who were behind me, and a Watermelon juice was served to a third person who was also behind me.
I had to wait nearly 10 minutes while the three people who came after me were served before me. I was extremely frustrated and shocked by this treatment, especially because I had a bus to catch and couldn’t afford delays.
What hurt me the most is that no one apologized or acknowledged the situation. I honestly don’t know if this was discrimination, but I felt deeply disrespected and hurt. I will not be returning to that location, but I do demand an explanation for what happened.

A nice little cafe inside the mall. The coffee is good, particularly the dark roast, service is fast, and muffins are always fresh and delicious. It’s somewhat difficult to find a table here around lunch time.
Fast and efficient. Very friendly.
Ordered a medium strawberry fruit quencher but got more than half of it filled with ice.

We stop by every so often when shopping in the mall and always have a positive experience at this location. The service is pretty quick and friendly, and our order is always made to standard. There's also great access to the parking lot through the bridge or to the transitway.
One of the worst restaurants in the evenings. There's no coordination between workers or anything.
