One of the worst restaurants in the evenings. There's no coordination between workers or anything.

Tim Hortons are great restaurants regardless of where they are or who owns the franchise. Nowadays, the prices are out of control in other similar coffee shops. For instance, a small black coffee remains under $2, whereas in other places, it is $3. Wat to go Tim.

I am very disappointed by the racism I experienced today from your morning shift worker.
After leaving work at 8 a.m., I wanted to grab a cup of tea, as usual, before boarding the bus to go home. I waited there for 10 minutes, and then the lady said, "It will be open in 10." I asked, "In 10 minutes?" but she didn’t respond to clarify. So, I waited for another half hour until a white male customer came and asked me what time it would open. I told him "in 10 minutes," as I had been told.
Suddenly, upon seeing the white customer, the Asian lady came running over and, in a sweet tone, clarified that it would open at 10 a.m.
I asked her why she didn’t give me that information but told the white customer instead. She then started yelling and screaming at me, calling me stupid.

Today the manager and associate treated my family member very poorly and even refused to let her use her points. She was very disrespectful towards her and extremely argumentative. Very bad service...

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received this morning at the Tim Hortons in Billing Bridge. When I tried to redeem my points for a coffee, the female employee was very rude and dismissive. She outright refused to process my points, and when I asked for an explanation, her response was, "You always talk about points." This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and disrespectful.
I escalated the issue to the manager, hoping it would be resolved. However, the manager was equally unhelpful and refused to address the situation properly. When I asked for the employee's name to file a complaint, he refused to provide it. Shockingly, when I asked for manager name, he also refused, almost as if they were working for a secret service instead of a coffee shop!
This kind of attitude from both the staff and management is unacceptable. It shows a complete lack of regard for customer service, and it made my experience feel very unpleasant.

I ordered a small chai tea and waiting more than 10 mins to get it. Everyone that went after me got their drink. I asked multiple times nicely about my drink as I was running late for an appointment. There were multiple staff working 5-6 and they were chit chatting instead of doing their job. I asked for a refund because I was running late for my appointment. Horrible staff too busy chit chatting instead of doing their job

Management should be demanding the employees wear name tags. As customers we keep getting the same bad service from specific workers & we have no way of letting it be known who it is.
I recently visited and requested a cup of water while being served by a young, short lady. To my surprise, she started making faces at me as she served it. It was an unprofessional and uncomfortable experience.
