I order here often, but almost every time I do, I have to repeat myself multiple times. The staff frequently forget parts of my order, and today was particularly frustrating — they claimed the item I usually order didn’t exist, then repeated a completely different item three separate times. After I clarified my order again, they still gave me the wrong item and became upset when I asked for it to be remade (which they refused to do).
To make matters worse, one of the employees asked if I was “mentally well,” which was unprofessional and quite upsetting. Every visit to this location has been chaotic, and mistakes are common. If you have another option, I’d recommend going elsewhere. If not, I wish you the best of luck.

My experience at Tim Hortons was very disappointing. The staff seemed disorganized, and the service was chaotic. The food quality was very poor, and we noticed a lack of coordination and order in the way they handled requests. Although we placed our order first, other customers who arrived after us received their orders much sooner, while we were left waiting. Overall, it was a very negative experience, and I would not recommend this location.

Can never get an order right, hope this chain goes bankrupt m. It isn’t what it used to be to be.
I ordered a cup of hot water through the drive-through. When I arrived at the window, the staff member refused to serve me. I politely offered to pay extra if required, but she raised her voice and spoke to me in a very rude manner.

I’m waited almost 20 min to get medium triple triple she give me wrong coffee and wrong size when I ask her to give me my right coffee she told me it’s the same thing. It’s okay I wouldn’t go there anymore.

Drive through experience is always the same.... Older lady wearing glasses takes payment and gives the order - never puts a napkin with the food :/

This place on terminal drive is an RV park supposed to be a Tim Hortons in Wendy's restaurant but you come here you can park nowhere there's too many RVs park here people sitting on the lawn people taking parking spots with lawn chairs there is nowhere to park most of the time this is the worst place to come to

Too much egoistic staff , arrogance, a guy with black cap . Doesn’t know how to talk with customers never gonna go that place again. Worst service . Don’t know what they think in their mind. We are paying for our coffee not asking their for free coffee still having an attitude. Would never suggest anyone to go to this place.
