Too much egoistic staff , arrogance, a guy with black cap . Doesn’t know how to talk with customers never gonna go that place again. Worst service . Don’t know what they think in their mind. We are paying for our coffee not asking their for free coffee still having an attitude. Would never suggest anyone to go to this place.

I ordered a pistachio cold brew and they gave me a horrible drink super loaded with iced coffee, it doesn't taste like pistachio at all and it tastes horrible, I will never go back to this place

La nourriture étais froide et les patates a moitié pas cuites. Nous avions commandé deux Tim matin saucisses semblables mais dans le mien il manquais la saucisse et les œufs étais froids. Nous n'avions même pas reçus la facture dans le sac pour pouvoir retourner au comptoir et demander une nouvelle commande. Enfin bref, je n'y retournerai plus. 🥲 Déçu.

I went here today, and tbh it was the last time I'll ever come here, because I've been disappointed every single time. I got a bagel that had barely any cream cheese on it. Asked for a hash brown and it was very obviously old and cold. Got an assorted timbits box as well and it only had plain and sour cream glazed?? so i guess if you like those then you'd be happy but I was looking for an ASSORTMENT lol, even the heads up that that's all they had would've been nice.

Came at 8 Nov 2024 -3:50pm. I came inside and noticed Guy making coffee at drive through did not have a hairner or a cap on. Very unhygenic. Waited almost 5 mins to order even though I was the only customer inside and there were 5 team members on shift. Almost as if everyone was waiting for everyone else to take the order (i understand that the 2 people serving on Drive Thru were busy but the others didn't seem like they want to be there)

This place got a Worst customer service, if you start your day with a good positivity they simply can spoil your day with one coffee. Servers don't know how deal with the customers politely.
The donuts were delicious as always. The service was great. Loved it!!
Parking: There are plenty of spots to park there right next to it at no cost.

Employee speaks NO English or French. Clueless when asked to stop contant alarms even if using voice imitation or sign language to explain. Sitting inside for 20 minutes and when I left, the ALARMS were still ringing. Deaf maybe? Using earplugs?
