I had a lovely experience at this Tim Hortons thanks to Myra’s warm and welcoming service. She was friendly, efficient, and made sure everything was just right. The most horrible experience ever I had in this location. Bunch of unhappy missible staff that they don't know how to serve customers. The line up long waiting which is understandable no problem there. I ordered my coffee medium w 2 cream. Customers behind me ordered one after another they got their orders and left I am still waiting finally I asked one of the workers I don't have my coffee yet what's going on he said they are waiting for it to be ready which I thought that's stupid that means those customers after me they got their orders and left I am still waiting I said fine I waiting another 5 min non of those workers didn't seme to get my coffee .they keeped passing me from one cashier to another horrible horrible service. I had to shot and get their attention still didn't care.after waiting in line for 20 min I had to wait another 15 min to get my coffee unbelievable how discusting the service was.

The English skills on these people are horrible! You're in Canada, at least TRY!! I even said good bye and the person just walked away. RUDE! You can definitely tell they hate their jobs and have resentment against white people.

Drive thru services had really gone down hill generally with Timmy's. I avoid going there if at all possible the coffee is not good enough to put up with rude or lazy attendants.

Have tried multiple times over the past month, and not one single time has Tims had a *plain bagel*. I have been given four separate reasons (at least) for why they do not have any. It is a serious accessibility issue and health concern, as I have allergies to sesame seeds and thus cannot have any of Tims' other bagels due to this. It's unacceptable to be lacking in such an easy accessibility option for people with allergies, children, and other similar conditions, especially during peak hours of the day - lunch and dinner time.

Terrible service, there were only two people working and serving. Waiting time for my coffee was 30 minutes. It's not their fault, it's the cafeteria that doesn't have enough staff.

This has to be the WORST location in terms of service. Line up is too long because the people there are SO SLOW. If the intention is to make money, this location is losing several customers because you have to wait more than 15minutes to get a coffee?? It can be easily solved by allocating one cashier for drinks only. I hope the owner reads this review

New management, they don't know how to do their jobs , machines aren't properly calibrated and when you ask them to top of your drink you get attitude, well do your job right the first time
