Such a busy place to get your stuff, Staff running around and not being a great service saying it’s Not my Job and confronting customers.

Super slow service. Only one cash register open even with a long line up during rush hour. Took 15minutes for a simple coffee and pizza. Pizza was delicious though

Sadia made my day I never liked blackberry she made me frozen blackberry cap which is was good now its my go to drink
Another average Tims. Weekends is packed and patience is needed. It's in the food court and it gets really busy at times. Service is meh. I recently visited this location. Staff are better more diverse. Things have improved. Service was prompt, few mistakes.

This customer service was horrible, Me & My friend, went to buy food. When we arrived at Tim Hortons, the cashier lady was rude and impaitent, and SHE SCAMMED ME, I ordered a BBQ CHICKEN SALAD which costed $9.99 but instead she told me that I had to pay $11.50 dollars which didn't make sense. Shortly after, My friend ordered a croissant along with a peach drink and it costed $8.50, but the Lady told her to pay $5.50, this place is such a scam, and forgot to mention she was rude and disrespectful, and trying to rush me, she's lucky that I didn't report this. Please don't come here.

Stop hiring people for the wage subsidy!
FYI you child manager failed to deliver escalate a situation ten years ago he would have been asleep for his behavior and I would have waited for the police to arrive ... your child manager also took the food from my hands and put it out for sale again. I've already reaching out to health canada ... FYI pretty sure I've got covid and you just put that on the shelf for sale

I've been here a week for school and I've seen 6bppl behind the counter consistently. I've had to wait at least 10 minutes because only ONE person is on cash. I've never gotten food here just an iced coffee and a donut. Slowest tims I have ever been to

It's nice to see that there are Tim Hortons locations that still care about the customer experience and put care into making the food. Our sandwiches were fully loaded and nicely put together, did not fall appart. There was a lovely lady making the food, unfortunately we did not see her name, but she was there around 2PM today. We noticed that she put time and effort into making our order, something that we see so rarely these days unfortunately. Thank you so much for your effort!

I had a lovely experience at this Tim Hortons thanks to Myra’s warm and welcoming service. She was friendly, efficient, and made sure everything was just right. It’s always a pleasure to be greeted by someone who truly cares about their work and the customer’s day. Thank you, Myra—you made my visit that much brighter!

4 drinks and waited for 30 minutes. Enough time that my frozen drinks melted.
