Have tried multiple times over the past month, and not one single time has Tims had a *plain bagel*. I have been given four separate reasons (at least) for why they do not have any. It is a serious accessibility issue and health concern, as I have allergies to sesame seeds and thus cannot have any of Tims' other bagels due to this. It's unacceptable to be lacking in such an easy accessibility option for people with allergies, children, and other similar conditions, especially during peak hours of the day - lunch and dinner time.

Terrible service, there were only two people working and serving. Waiting time for my coffee was 30 minutes. It's not their fault, it's the cafeteria that doesn't have enough staff.

This has to be the WORST location in terms of service. Line up is too long because the people there are SO SLOW. If the intention is to make money, this location is losing several customers because you have to wait more than 15minutes to get a coffee?? It can be easily solved by allocating one cashier for drinks only. I hope the owner reads this review

New management, they don't know how to do their jobs , machines aren't properly calibrated and when you ask them to top of your drink you get attitude, well do your job right the first time

i come here just about everyday and everyone is extremely lovely and works really hard. they are constantly busy and deal with a lot of rude customers (which they don’t deserve) but still put out amazing service.

Ordered a four cheese bagel with extra herb and garlic cream cheese, barely anything on it and I've got charged extra when I never got it. Also bagel was hardly toasted.

Consistently the slowest service of any chain. Staff leave the cash unattended for long periods of time and the one person they have preparing orders is in no hurry to get your order ready. If you're in any kind of hurry do not go here.

I am starting to hate this place at this location because it's two times that some lady messed up my order and always argues with me like lady I ask for one Mocha IcedCapp and one Regular IcedCapp so how is it that I end up with a medium coffee or a medium Iced Coffee and then you argue with me and very unprofessional and why should I pay for your mistakes. I used to work at Timhortons for 2 years and I never argued with customers whenever they told me that is not what they ordered and then you remake their drink that they ordered or whatever and just give it to them. You guys really need to hire better staff. Open up your ears more or something because you guys mess up a simple order. Just give me my 2 IcedCapps that I ordered plain and simple and quit arguing with me that I need to pay money for your mistakes. No I don't want hot Coffee and no Iced coffee just IcedCapps get it now.
