I had a wonderful experience at Tim Hortons thanks to Jhen. She was extremely helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The tables at this place are always dirty. Floors need cleaning. The counter where they put your order is dirty. I asked if anybody cleans the tables, and she said they should, and nobody showed up to do so.
