On a weekday morning, these guys are near perfect for a timmies, fast and efficient at taking and processing orders all while having a smile on their face. I go here all the time for my morning brew, and the other coffee shops in the area are either slow or downright too expensive for the product you are getting (Starbucks in train yards, timmies on st.laruent)

The staff here is awesome, there are fast, polite and their greetings make my morning so much better. Coffee is always fresh, I never had an issue here.

I was continuously going to this tim from last one year but today they gave me really bad experience. A girl name Arshpreet is very disrespectful and dont know how to talk with customers. Today she was yelling on me and denied to give my order. Even she is using abuse words and said go somewhere else.AVOID THIS LOCATION

If you are looking for stale donuts, you’ve come to the right spot. I ordered an Iced Coffee, which turned out fine, except they added too much sweetener to it.The donut I ordered tasted like it’s been sitting there for a while, so I did not enjoy it.The gas station is definitely a 10/10 though, which is a whole separate review.Overall, I’d encourage anyone to stop by at the convenience store that the Tim Hortons is located in, but discourage anyone from purchasing any food items from this particular Tim’s location.

Worst Tim’s every I ordered a French vanilla and coffee ect they proceeded to make my ordered and about 5 other French vanillas for other customers the person literally sat there and watched as only water was dispensing I don’t know who would severe something being okay with it when it clearly doesn’t look the original drink or colour it’s suppose to be it’s just pure laziness my coffee had sugar just sitting on the bottom so got a mouth full of hot cream and then to top it off my bagel usually I’ll give them to benefit of having good bagels cause that’s how Tim’s always is nice golden toasted bagel with a nice medium layer but not to thick of a layer of cream cheese not my bagel it was dry barley had any cream cheese I was dying for a drink but had nothing as they messed it up just an overall disaster what a terrible experience

I went to 631 industrial Avenue September 29th at 650 am. I order a coffee and a farmers wrap. I was told there isn't any hash browns!? Huh.? It's the morning and everyone is going to want breakfast. Some with hash browns. I asked Eduardo the manager do you have hash browns or are you just saying that there aren't any more hash browns? He replied we have hash browns but it will take 15 minutes. Ok so now I explain to him it's breakfast time and always busy so maybe someone should be making sure they put hash browns in the oven if the hash browns get low. Eduardo gets irritated and says it's busy.... lol yes so that's why hash browns should be available. Why is it always the hash browns that are not available in the morning? I think they want the customer to say oh ok no problem I'll just order a donut... so it doesn't require the employee to have to get on the hash browns and they don't have to worry about making hash browns. Is it laziness? Let's not make the customer have to decide if they want a sugar filled donut for breakfast or nothing at all. Let's nit make the customer feel like it's our fault theirs no hash browns because we order to many breakfast wraps. How about the manager take responsibility and instead of saying it's busy and that's why we have no hash browns and say sorry it's it's our responsibility to make sure we have hash browns ready. Or make the customer wait 15 minutes for a hash brown.
