I would like to file a complaint about the way I was treated by one of your employees, Lyne, on August 27 during my visit. When I tried to order a coffee in English, she ridiculed me because my English was not perfect. Instead of showing patience or professionalism, she made me feel embarrassed and uncomfortable in front of others.
As a guest, I should never be made to feel ashamed simply for not speaking English fluently. This behavior was unacceptable, unprofessional, and left me with a very negative impression of your service.
I ask that this matter be addressed seriously so that no other customer has to experience this kind of treatment in the future. Sincerely

Honestly love this place, I’m a regular and I’ve never had a bad experience, the girl from last night was amazing, as a night shift worker it’s normal they don’t have food to serve as they are literally baking for the next morning, the only thing available is drinks which is normal,, if you come late night just knock on the window a few times they can’t hear over the ovens, patience is key, but fantastic place love the workers!

i came here at 3am hungry after my shift the girl i should say not even good to be called a lady didnt serve me anything didnt answer my question correctly and truthfully i asked her what do you have in food she said nothing we open at 5:30 i was like sure let me have donuts or bagels she said they are still in the oven we dont have anything you can consume right now as i proceeded to leave i saw the whole display filled with donuts cookies timbits and bagels worst experience i dont recommend anyone to come to this location

The men washrooms were closed by the management team. When I inquired about this awful decision they just responded that they are ONLY THREE STAFF as if it was a sufficiently admissible argument. The women washrooms were open instead. An overt discrimination!
