I visit this location multiple times a week because it’s on my route to work. 3/5 times I visit, my order is incorrect or missing something. I finally contacted someone about it when I spent over $40 and 5/11 items I ordered were “wrong”. They reached out and asked how they could make it right. I was very pleased originally and asked if they could credit my account or provide a gift card in the amount of my incorrect/ lacking/ expired items. It’s been 3 weeks now and I haven’t heard back. I’ve followed up 3 times (once a week) with no response. Why ask, how to “make it right” if you don’t intend to follow through?!??

I visit this Tim Hortons daily for a big coffee order — about 15 cups each morning — and they never miss a beat. The service is fast, the drinks are always fresh, and the team is very efficient. I’ve noticed the, Harseerat, always working hard alongside her staff and making sure customers are happy. You can tell the place is managed really well!

I’ve always had a great experience at this Tim Hortons! The staff are really friendly and work hard even during busy hours. My coffee is always fresh. Employees are kind and always double check my order. Even during rush hours, they handle everything professionally. You can really tell the team tries to keep customers happy!

Happened twice to me where they make you pay at the drive-thru, tell you to park while you wait for your food, then never bring it out. When I went in to inquire about my food about 10mins later, they had just started making it. On top of that, they messed up my order. Both. Times.

Came to order from the drive-through on Saturday October 11 around 11:00am and got really bad customer service. I ordered a roasted hazelnut coldbrew and it did not look right. I order it almost every single day so I know how it should come out. I mentioned it to the worker saying it looks different than usual and that it doesn’t seem like they made it the right way and she said that whoever made it is new. I asked if I can please have it redone and the staff workers that were behind her audibly started complaining about me right in front of me and shaking their heads and laughing. They did not care that I saw them do this and when they “remade” my coffee order they just gave me the same one but dumped out half the coffee and added an exaggerated amount of cold foam (half the cup) and said “we added extra foam for you” in a sarcastic way…. All I wanted was a roasted hazelnut cold brew made the way it’s normally supposed to come… extremely rude employees that lack proper customer service training and possibly training on how to make the drinks also. The coffee they “remade” was not drinkable

I only come here because it's close to me. just about all the food is mediocre at best, which is a franchise problem, not this location's specifically. it feels and tastes like they're making it just passable because they have such a long rooted history and are located everywhere so people come for the nostalgia or convenience; cant be the quality. again every location has this problem. staff is the only thing good about this location. Tim Hortons is always my last choice if multiple are available

Very slow with their orders, they seem to prioritise the drive thru a lot more which is a bit frustrating. I waited 25 minutes for a bagel sandwich.

I know the staff there are working hard as they were all doing something so it’s not the staffs fault. I think management needs to hire more people or properly schedule enough people on appropriate shift times
