food quality is ok, line is almost always long and blocking the way, service is terrible and they always give the wrong size drink or wrong flavour entirely

The staff really need some training in soft skills and customer service. The Algerian girl at the cashier treats people with an attitude; she seems like she doesn’t want to work there or something is wrong with her. And this is not the first time she has behaved like that. For people looking for a good Tim Hortons, I don’t recommend this place at all.

Si je pouvais donner -10 j’aurai donné . J’ai acheté un bagel à la dinde aujourd’hui. Et la dinde était pourrie . Je m’en suis rendue compte quand j’avais déjà mangé un bout . Quand j’ai ouvert le bagel , la dinde était toute bleue et dégageait une mauvaise odeur. Ils avaient aucune explication , ils ont juste proposé un remboursement. J’observe encore pour voir comment je réagis .

Usually I have no problem with the people at the checkout. But the young one, he's the newest, he's between 5'7 and 5'8. He's probably between 20 and 25, maybe older. He needs to learn how to talk to people well when he's stressed. Working in a restaurant is stressful, but that doesn't justify getting angry with the customer. Whenever he gets a little stressed, he doesn't know what to do and starts speaking in an aggressive tone, as if the customer is dealing with him. Backward work where you learn how to speak well.

The people that work there are complete idiots. One lady dosent even know the difference between a small and a large. Do not recommend coming here, you're better off going to a different tim hortons.

I literally got the least and smallest amount of particules of cream cheese measurable on my bagel when I ordered it. Very disapointing. The 2 stars is me giving them the benifit of the doubt that they got potential.
