I use the same drive-through location on Ogilvie Road near Costco three days every week always around the same time of day, early in the morning. I always get a cheerful greeting and it is always the first conversation of the day. Starts my day off with a smile and a great bagel!!

The woman at the cash register (no name tag, had reddish hair) was extremely standoffish from the beginning of our interaction. As someone who also works in customer service, I always make an effort to be extra polite and respectful toward fellow service workers. I wasn’t rude or impatient at any point, but from the start, she treated me with attitude and dismissiveness. I also noticed her speaking to other customers in a similar tone.
I’ll be avoiding this location in the future because I don’t want to be treated like that again.

I always enjoy the morning greetings althouht I only order coffee. The diversity and vibes are awesome.. whoever owns this franchise has there head on straight imo... There is still hope for tim Hortons legacy.id give 5 stars for the morning shift, I can't speak about the food.
