Sooo disappointed with your retro cinnamon sugar donuts we took one bite and threw them out!! Sold out when we wanted to try them at trainyards a week ago so we were really looking forward to trying them. What a waste of my seniors pension! They were rock hard like a brick with no flavour and barely any sugar or cinnamon. Steinbergs store made these in the 70’s and they were outstanding quality!! I don’t know where the helll your recipe came from or your bakers but its a sinker stinker

Probably the first time I ever gave five stars to a Tim Hortons… And corporate should take note and take lessons from these guys. Simply put, I made an order in the parking lot and pretty much as soon as I entered, my order was ready. That is how you use technology, to serve customers, and not as an excuse to slough off.

Shared a picture of the sink in the mens washroom. Like most Tim Hortons it's clear that washrooms are not cleaned often if at all. The picture shows days worth of scum on it. Too bad this is now the norm. Wondering where the employees wash their hands??

Not a bad location. Pretty accessible and accommodating. The location opens early (7am) which helps commuters get their coffee or tea and some breaky before they go to work.

Service bad. My two kids and I were waiting for ordering food in line. They served the person in front of us. Then the staff walked away to another cashier. We thought she'll take order in another cashier. After we walked there. She walked away to the previous one. Then we heard she said hello. Then we walked back to the previous cashier. Then she walked away again to take care of drive-through order. She completely ignored us. She is the supervisor thought. When I asked her why she ignored us. She said she was busy and she didn't see us. The line were four people there. How come she was able to see one person only. My kids and I were invisible to her. And she said she didn't say hello to us. She probably said hello to her phone for the drive-through customers.

Location is OK. Washroom was not stellar. Had my coffee and bagel at location, the music playing was annoying, pop music at low volume would be fine. Low volume. But this was too loud for reading and sipping a coffee. Staff was wonderful.

This Tim Hortons is one I've worked at in the past. I can say from experience they have a commitment to speed when it comes to service. Food is good, drinks tend to be good as well, and the overall cleanliness I'd say is also pretty good. The only thing is that if you order food through the drive-through, you'll typically be asked to park. The reason is that if you've ordered something that will take longer to prepare than the car behind you (i.e. you order a sandwich but they order only a coffee), they want to ensure that everything goes out in a timely manner. They'll bring your order to you in the parking lot, so while it can be annoying, it's understandable.Vegetarian options: Plenty of options for vegetarians. Not as many for vegans.Kid-friendliness: Lots of good options for kids, from the Timbits to the frozen lemonades.Parking: Since it's part of an outdoor shopping area, parking space is shared with other stores for the most part, but there's lots of it.Dietary restrictions: You can ask the staff about dietary restrictions, and someone will usually know. There's also information on their website.

After a coffee spilt in my vehicle and I followed the complaint system on the app, yet to hear back from the owner as all they called to do was say sorry I said that isn’t good enough. I want to speak to the owner. Now a year later and never a response, they won’t be getting any of my money ever
