Really bad service and one of the staff was rude. I entered the place at 7 pm and they just completely ignored their customers inside. Waited almost 6 mins before they came to take an order. And the person taking the order seems frustrated, mad at me, giving explanations thats its not her job to be at the cash and take orders, rather than simply saying sorry for the wait and move on. Teach you staff some basic human interaction skills and manners. Don't be mad for a simple thing that you are wrong about. As I'm writing this review two other customers experienced the same thing.

Absolutely disgusted by this tim hortons. Not only do they get your order wrong and put it together like Stevie wonder did it, but the bathrooms are an absolute train wreck. I took pictures of the bathroom and showed it to an employee, and they just said "okay". Thanks Trudeau.

This Timmies has a habit of screwing up orders. It has happened many times. This morning, we asked for 3 sausage egg on a biscuit with one with no cheese. We got two sausage egg on a biscuit both with cheese and the other one was a sausage on a biscuit also with cheese and no egg. We were on the road and could not go back to have them fix it. A previous time, we had ordered 3 orders of wedges and only had 2. Had asked for a club without mayo due to a dietary restriction and it had mayo. Avoid this Timmies if you can.
Your experience here will really depend on who is working when you come. Last time through drive through I got a tea that was cold and tasted like it was left behind by someone else earlier in the day. Didn’t realize till I was on the road and too far away. It’s a gamble.
