Great spot for a quick lunch and coffee

Well its obvious , everyone needs coffee in the morning, but if you can’t follow protocol and serve from fresh pot , don’t do it.. apart from makeover , nothing good ..
burnt bagels , cold coffee’s , no tray to carry coffee.,
guys this in not convenience store, we paying for good product and better service..

Upon calling , whoever answered wants you to come back to hospital to pick right order … but sorry , after waiting 13 hours at CHEO for top notch service , no body wants to get back to hospital…

Vegetarian options: Nicely roasted (asked for toasted)2 bagels , till they turned black..

The new reno's of this place is amazing. the staff are great and fast. little crazy busy at lunch time but that's to be expected. love the new flow and looks very nice.

The worst Tim hortons in world I have ever seen. I have waited almost 10 minutes to get my icecap after placing the order, it was still not ready and I asked them for refund because I couldn’t wait so long as my break was over. They refunded it but after requesting two -three times. Its not only single time its always like this our 30 minutes break get waste only in ordering food and getting food, don’t even get time to eat.
Its not that they have less staff, they have enough staff to work, but they just walk here and there and only one person do everything. I also work in Tim Hortons as a part time, I know we should handover the order in 3 minutes at storefront after taking the order, but in this Tim its always 15-20 minutes.Its not only me, its for all people they wait almost 15-20 minutes just to get their coffees.
This Tim should work on it.

Tim Hortons is good, but as always, disorganized. Crowds of people waiting for their stuff blocking line to order. Managers are a problem, not paying attention to foot traffic.

i’m only reviewing because of the bad service. the people working here don’t reply when asked a question at the till and they look absolutely miserable to be working there. i genuinely wouldn't be surprised to learn that they are robots. i never leave bad reviews but with this place i felt i had to. not an atmosphere for a hospital

I only wanted coffee, but I still waited about 15 minutes in line. And it was literally the worst coffee I have ever had, and I have had some pretty bad coffee. I am not a giant fan of Timmies coffee but I can normally drink it without complaint; however, this coffee was terrible! I don't know how you screw up restaurant coffee, but they managed it.
