Really bad experience. I placed a mobile order for a small triple triple and the coffee i received had no sugar. Employees were pointing fingers at each other in place of saying sorry. I never had such a bad coffee. They are serving in the hospital, they should show some compassion.

I can’t believe that in a first-world hospital there is such disorder and poor organization in a place like Tim Hortons. The manager in charge must be very proud of running such a chaotic spot.

What an absolute zoo at this location during lunch. FULL of students from a local high school. Poor hospital staff and patients having to navigate the whole mess. Won’t be back - hello hospital cafeteria!

Everywhere else, 20 tin bits is 20, there It was going to be 10 for the chocolate. Ten for bits for strawberry Even both are forty five cents each making the price mark expensive! Wanted twenty times not willing to pay ten timbits times two.

Hidayo made my day a little brighter. Considering how much my day was sucking, it really made a difference. Thank you Hidayo.

Waiting for a coffee for 15 to 20 minutes and being served by a rude staff, well, it's a nightmare and always a traumatized experience. I am not exaggerating, I always pray that if I get send to pick up a coffee, I always pray that she(cashier) will not gonna be there. And please don't even suggest me to contact the Guest care center, this issue can only resolve by the people who is managing this Tim Hortons' location.

Worst experience ever at your location. The employee that served me was unprofessional, rude.
Also, once I received the coffees. My coffee The cream was bad, to many floaters for my liking..
Went and informed the employee and same person, basically called me a liar and very rudely stated that never happens. I told it does happen, she did make me another coffee. She was the rudest employee I ever
came across at this location. I'm a regular at the hospital.
I will tell you that spoiled cream does happen.
ie: Tim's Bank and Heron
ie: Tim's Merivale and Central Park.
Going forward instruct the employees to be more professional and just say, sorry that happened let me make you another coffee.
Being courteous is what makes are experience relaxing.
PS the other Tim's are very courteous and no issues in replacing the coffee.
