False advertisement. You order something from the screen, and the price is different. Your crew member, Ritu, is rude and doesn't listen. She tells you that the price is only applicable in-store outside the campus. Why put it there then? I could let the price difference slide, but your crew member is so rude that I want to review it now!

What a worst customer service i’ve experienced. The lady with black jacket treats customer so bad. Whenever i visit here, she throws doughnuts and yells to customer. I am so surprised that this how Tim Hortons serve the customer. When i read some reviews, lots of complaints were caused by her. Can’t believe that she is still here. HQ should something to do. Well, I will never ever visit that place.

Today I visited tim Hortons in Algonquin clg the service was very bad of the staff. There was a one staff member who wears black coat I ordered her one coffee at that time she didn't greet use she just take order with attitude.So I will recomond you it is better if u will fire to her it's was not first time she always takes orde with attitude I don't why.

I ordered a steeped tea and it was taking so long to make a small one. So just to inquire i asked the girl at front of the house to check whether the order was punched in or not! She bluntly replied that she wont check! This is how the staff here treats their customer.

So why does the Tim Hortons on campus charge for extra cane sugar but ones off campus don’t. The lady didn’t even charge me for extra cane sugar it was a chocolate shot probably because charging for extra cane sugar isn’t a thing.

The salesman named Brian in Tim Hortons at Algonquin College had discrimination with foreigner person. I thought it’s never happening in Canada but it’s true. I experienced as his joke with staffs about my orders , smirking at me and even considered me as a dummy woman.
Im getting sick of coming in every night before work & not getting the 2 espresso shots I pay for in my ice cap.. idk how many times I’ve wasted 8$ for a large caramel ice cap without shots?You clearly aren’t training your employees as a person who works pretty much next to you we wouldn’t mess up your order when u come get bagels or sandwiches.. this is unacceptable!Ps. The older lady in the Tim’s jacket with the headphones on she looked so miserable & wouldn’t smile. Get it together! It’s a timhortons not a lemonade stand.
