There was once a time where customer service was included with the price of the coffee. Now it's a temporary foreign worker sweat shop (I know all Tim's are the same). I used to come to this location for it's friendly staff... now I can't even get a simple thank you after my purchase. What a gong show.

This is a branch that doesn't cost 5 cents, it's disgusting and they're very slow, only 2 people are working, and hundreds of people are queuing, it's a very dirty place that should definitely be closed. i've been waiting for 30 minutes to place an order

I don’t usually write poor reviews but this place will make you sick. Poor personal hygiene by employees + lack of overall cleanliness (the smell of this place hits you the second you walk in) + low quality food standards and bad customer service = won’t return or recommend. The flies landing all over the food is repulsive. Don’t waste your time, just head to the McDonald’s across the street for your coffee/food
