Took 5 minutes to take my order even though there was not anyone before me, then I asked if they still had farmers wraps to which the worker said yes. They then proceeded to serve other people for 20 minutes. Turns out they forgot to do my order. When finally starting to make it they then told me they had no more eggs… I asked beforehand for a reason. Bad service, employees are in need of training. It’s common sense…

There is one single worker. It is a busy saturday. This man is deeply struggling. First, we try to order a bacon grilled cheese melt (because it was on the menu), the employee says no… no explanation. Then we asked for one bagel — he gave and charged us for two. Then he says he cannot give us a refund without a manager. Where is the manager? Then, the person behind us, orders the same bagel he made us an extra of. He says, we can give our bagel to them. We agree, but he charges her for it. And he begins making yet another bagel. Then he gives us cash out of the till… despite saying he cannot ??? He forgot to make the iced capp we ordered…? He seemed very confused. Also… after going through all of that we return home to enjoy our three bagels (of which we only wanted two) and what do we find?? The bagels are rock solid. Extremely dense and only a little wipe of cream cheese is on top. This should have been a short visit… I think we were there for thirty minutes… maybe longer. Multiple people in the line behind us left. Needless to say… this was a very confusing interaction. I don’t know whether to be upset or just concerned. Will not be returning … I’m requesting a wellness check of this employee.

Manager is outside smoking while her student employees struggle and can't even punch in an order. If there's a huge order. Keep 1 person working cash. Every employee is putting together a massive order while ppl keep walk out after waiting ten min in line.

I entered the washroom after a Tim Horton Employee came out. We passed each other in the door way. The person had a BM, didn't flush (it did work when I did it), AND I know he didn't wash his hands. The dryer did not go on while I was waiting outside and when I washed my hands the sink was dry. I am disgusted.I didn't get a coffee.

21/09/2023 @ 930AM witnessed the guy in the back licking his ungloved fingers as he was glazing donuts!Coffee always tastes burnt at this location, orders are often wrong, plus it has the most disgusting urine-stained washroom around

I stood there for almost 5 minutes before I finally said “anyone working” the reply I got was “what for the last 7 min that we are open” im sorry I made you get off your lazy &$$ but that’s your job coffee boy! Don’t like your job? Go back to school or go across the road to McDonalds ?Also if your only open for another 7 minutes how about cleaning!!
