they never prepare mobile orders before you get there they just ignore it, everytime i come in with a mobile order they have no idea it’s there. the whole point is it’s supposed to be ready when you get there like??

I visit this morning, employee serve me very politely and get great experience. As i order just bagel with coffee within 5 min i am served. Management of everything is really appreciated.
Recommend to everyone to have a visit and get friendly experience.

Alright let’s get down to it. I don’t know what manager is/was working Saturday Oct.9th morning shift around the time 11:30-1:50am. The person that took my order very nice, the person that served me sweetheart. But you see my cousin has ADHD right… and was having a brain fog for split second. The manager came butting in asking rudely what we needed. “Do you need something” first off calm down. It’s not that serious. My cousin asked politely for a cup of coffee and drove away. That manger needs therapy or some time off. Every individual you encounter in that establishment are different. You need to learn on how to speak to people. Oh by the way you guys gave me an apple fritter instead of the biscoff Boston cream.

Ordered an ice cap made with milk.They made it with cream.I told them it was made wrong. As I tasted it and you can visually see the difference as ice caps made with milk are a lot darker. They told me they just cleaned the machine. I told them either, just give me the refund, then because i'm not paying five dollars for the wrong drink or make it right. And then they proceeded to make a new one, and it was ten times darker, and they said that the machine is how it works and the machine was just airy, and they were cleaning it.....um no and that's...it's because cream reacts different and tastes different than milk.Does.I order one every single day.Try this tim hortons because I was around here.And will never be going again.This is not so complicated.You're just making a drink.I don't know why it has to be a whole thing.And why you have to gaslight me about the wrong thing when i'm literally drinking it.And telling you I taste cream....crazy

Ask and paid for cream cheese to be put on my bagel belt and did not put any then when I went back to make them put the cream cheese on it they didn't want to. Real bad customer service

Went to this Tim hortons today around 1:45 ordered an iced latte and the girl hands me a cup of half coffee half cream, not even stirred. So I told her this is supposed to be whipped, every other location I’ve gone to they have foamed the cream and the drink is mixed. She mixed it with a spoon then handed it back to me. When I tried to say this isn’t what I asked for she said yes this is a brown sugar latte, I said I didn’t order a brown sugar one I ordered a regular one, she said yes it’s a regular one. I said it’s supposed to be foamy she said it’s supposed to be this way. I’ve had an iced latte at many other locations and it is always foamy. What really upset me wasn’t my drink being wrong, but the woman’s attitude. I have never experienced such a lack of customer service. So rude, cutting me off, using an aggressive tone, rolling eyes- I would never speak to anyone this way let alone a customer. I live around the corner from this location and have long noticed customer service deteriorating, for example when you pull up to the drive thru they just push the debit machine in your face without even telling you your total let alone a hi or good after noon or confirming your order. This though- this took the cake. I will be going to the location up the street in the future, the staff here should be trained on basic manners and then an intensive training on customer service. It’s shocking.
