They’ve truly mastered the art of incompetence, unprofessionalism, and inefficiency here! If only the management and staff could bring just a touch more organization and common sense, this Tim Hortons might actually stand a chance of running smoothly. Here’s hoping for a miracle—or at least a little more effort from those in charge!

Honestly ever since the other store went under construction this store has gotten 10 times worse I have a receipt I ordered a large DT with four sweetener on the side didn't get the sweetener I ordered a muffin with butter on the side didn't get the butter when I asked the lady for the butter she rudely told me yeah I'm getting it but she took the cars order behind me first and then went to go get it so I don't know what's going on with that I also asked her for a knife and she didn't give it to me she looked at me like I was crazy first thing in the morning this is not the type of interaction you want people to have staff willing to work but seems like it's always a struggle when I come to any one of these stores

No manners from staff, handle food with bare hands, orders often completely wrong.

Slow, very slow service. Ordered a chicken noodle soup which comes with a telera bun or four cheese twist. She told me neither bread was available and in the middle of the transaction, she walked away and assisted the drive-through leaving me hanging which I haven't finished ordering.
I asked if anything else was available to go with the soup and there wasn’t. She was still going to charge me full price.
I cancelled the order and made my way.
Horrible service, not recommended.

The location is very small, best for takeout. Service was okay. We did have wasps in the restaurant as we were trying to eat in. The dining area Could use a proper cleaning. Definitely been to better locations. I'll try again in the future to see if the situation improves.

I tried almost everything at TH but if you haven't yet tried the roasted beef you are missing a lot.Grab a bite ?

About 20 minutes ago, I ordered two medium coffee one with only 3 milk and the second one 1.5 sugar and 2 milk. When I arrived to the drive thru window I was given for one of them a decaf coffee which I never drink. So once they realized their mistake they change it. When I arrived home there was no label on my two coffee so that I know which one is which. To make my experience even worst, I realized they have put sugar in both of them. So in one simple order they made three mistake. So my review of their service is "BAD SERVICE"

It's great to start our day with coffee before our hike then return to have breakfast brunch or lunch. Sausage biscuit and French vanilla are my all time favorite. Tim Hortons is the best!
