Elsie really stepped up today. The washroom for men was covered in urine for both stalls. I asked for some paper towels to clean, but she insisted she would clean it. She already cleaned it once about 1H ago. Definitely a great asset to Tim Hortons team.

If you are open until 10pm, you should be serving until that time. If I the door is locked at 955pm then you are open until 955, not 10pm.

This place is horrible stood at the Cash register for over fiver minutes 4 different employees walked by and pretended not to see me in my hi visibility jacket.went down to Taylor creek Tim's and got much better service.if you have all day to waste go to waters, you want service Taylor creek is the place

Mobile ordering process needs work. What's the point of ordering online when no one manages the mobile order counter and I had to go in regular line where only at that point was my order even started

Don't bother mobile ordering or going inside. Their only priority is drive thru. They keep no staff on counter. Ridiculous every single time. Done with this location

Ordered a take 12 online to avoid having to wait in store. Shouldn’t have even bothered… Came in after 20 and told to wait another 10 minutes….

Overall it took 40 minutes AND NO TAKE 12!!!with no apology or explanation. Store wasn’t even busy, Service was horrendous and nobody told me why it was taking so long. seems they have a lot to young folks working and no senior manager to help deal with situations like this. When the manager came to refund us he didn’t even apologize or offer us anything!!! Very disappointed.

There's always something wrong with this Tim Hortons. Closes an hour early. Can't maintain consistent staff. Get new management

Went this morning and ordered my daughter a bacon farmers wrap with no egg, the girl behind the cash was charging me full price for it, when I questioned her about why I am being charged full price, she explained that's the way it's done.

I explained to her that I shouldn't be charged full price since I'm getting it without the egg, which is what I always do because my daughter doesn't like the way the eggs taste and never do I get charged full price. At this point a guy comes around and tries to tell me the same thing, I tried to explain to him that I get this order all the time when I go on the weekend with my daughter and that it's almost 3 dollars cheaper, but instead of letting me speak and explain he cuts me off, I tried speaking again just to be cut off again. At this point I got frustrated and called him an idiot (which maybe I shouldn't of, but out of frustration I did) told my daughter let's go and we left.

At this point I ended up going to another Tim Hortons, and ordered the same thing, and guess what it was cheaper due to no egg (see picture).

I chose to go to this Tim Hortons because I've had nothing but good experiences there, after this you lost me as a customer, and I will warn others to not go due to the ignorance and rudeness of some of the staff.

I ordered take out from here and the drinks spilled all over and they said it’s the drivers fault but won’t correct the issue. I have no way of knowing and either way I spent my money there and my transactions shows 2020 trim road, not uber or any other apps. I ordered from them and selected the address off the business app. I worked in fast food and when people ordered on Harvey’s app, if there’s an issue we fixed it. I spent my money there im very upset there doing nothing to fix this.
