Today, I got a chocolate glazed donut and iced coffee. The lady was really rude; she was wearing glasses. I was really disappointed today.

Food is good. Vibe is good. Service though... Supposed to open at 7 am but I often wait more than half an hour for it to open. And it's on a campus. Some of us need to study yknow.

I ordered a takeout French Vanilla, which was already quite sweet — it comes pre-sweetened, so if you prefer to control the amount of sugar, I’d recommend going with a regular coffee and letting the staff know. As for the taste, it was okay — nothing exceptional, just average.

horrible service, took 20 mins for me to get a black coffee. They gave me a coffee with cream and sweetener. Always gets the orders wrong. Place sucks

I know usually the place is so busy and its absolutely fine. But this time it was 8 am (04 Dec 2024) and hardly 4 -5 people were there and they had more employees than the customers at that time. I ordered one coffee. and it took more than 20 minutes and its only the waiting time because there was no queue. They completely ignored my ordered and they gave order to everyone other than me. they didn't gave me the receipt because its only a coffee. I told the cashier who took my order that I didn't get my coffee yet. once again they forget my order I was like how on earth people can work like this. I'm not saying they should work like a machine. But atleast look at the screen and work rather than forming a circle and chatting. At one point of time the cashier saw me still standing there and gave me the coffee. the way she treated me is unacceptable. she just kept the coffee and went. not even a sorry ??. Mam Look I'm not getting a free coffee. I think I paid for it. Please Don't do the same to anyone else.

THE MANAGER PLEASE PROVIDE PROPER TRAINING TO YOUR EMPLOYEES HOW TO WORK BY LOOK AT THAT DAMM SCREEN ENSURING THAT COSTUMER GOT SERVED.

And Kindly provide store number because I cant do the feedback since I didn't get my receipt.

This Tim Hortons has your normal essential menu items but does not have many special items like some others! Also the lines are always extremely long like ~10-30 minute!

The Tim hortens self serve is pretty good. If other students could make there drinks faster that would lovely. But the staff is alway communicating. And i am still amazed how many times they have to say \\\"excuse me\\\" because us students dont move out of the way so they can give us more coffee. Its always clean.

The food here is typical Timmie's food, but it is sooooo slow! I have never seen any fast food joint prepare food this slowly. It really shouldn't be called fast food. I order a BLT regularly and It typically takes 20 minutes, which would be expected if I was getting a full meal from a diner. The biggest problem is that there doesn't seem to be a floor manager or any floor organization. There are often staff standing around. The staff who make the sandwiches are sometimes handing out those sandwiches. This is incredibly inefficient and not how fast food is run. Tim Hortons corporate needs to come and train some management staff here.
