I frequently go to this location because it is close to work but it's just not worth it. Constantly out of basic menu items like eggs and iced coffee. The staff are rude and the food is sub par even for Singh Hortons now days.

This is the third chance I am giving to this Tims. Service is good. But going there in the morning: we do not have eggs... or another time, our wraps are frozen. We are enable to make a sandwich. The hash brown is directly in your paper bag beside the napkins and straws.

The sheer lack of effort, and disrespect the employees show to customers is astounding. Always have to check the food, and even if you do check it there is often still something wrong. Got a bacon breakfast sandwich and again they did not put any bacon…. Manager should really do some clean up

Ordered large iced capp, tasted like 95% sugar 5% iced capp. Hope whoever did it could taste how bad it was. Last time i ordered an Iced Coffee there was a glass shard on my coffee, decided not to post a review to give them a benefit of the doubt.

This is getting to the point that it's ridiculous, my orders keep getting g screwed up and I need to constantly get it fixed or just live with it. They screw up my confess and my food order, are always running out of things. This location use to be one of the best and most reliable, but over the last year or so it's just gone down hill and let's not forget the frequent drive-thru shutdowns.
The lady at the counter couldn't correctly follow my direction for only 6 donuts. She managed to confuse 'old fashioned plain' with 'double choclate'. When my card was being removed from the terminal, she had turned her back to me and my family and was already talking to other staff - no thank you or acknowledgement to conclude. It was not a work conversation. It's bad enough Tim's donuts are now much worse (most things glazed, little selection, way too sweet, and the donut dough is gooey and not at all fluffy) than they did while Tim was alive, but to have impolite and incompetent staff... I won't be back. For the price of Tim's donuts, I can get much better ones in Westboro or Bell's Corners. The Tim's brand has really degraded.
