One of the absolute worst Tim Horton’s in the entire city. I live 5 mins away and am CONSTANTLY disappointed. They do not stay on top of refilling what they need for the day. Not once in an entire year have I gone there and they’ve actually had what I’ve wanted or been in the mood for. Super disappointing when you’re craving something and go out of your way to go and they just are always a let down.
The staff prioritize the drive thru way too much also and leave customers in their store standing there for 20 mins sometimes as they keep serving drive thru orders.
Lazy and incompetent staffing.

Avoid in the afternoon! Morning team is friendly and generally get the orders right. Afternoon staff is disorganized, unfriendly and cannot make good coffee. It’s watery or full of coffee grounds. Doesn’t matter if it’s decaf or regular or what you put in it, I’ve tried different things to make sure. I go to this location daily and 9/10 times the coffee is gross and undrinkable I have to throw it out! Just gross! Also there’s one lady, Ghada I think is her name, who is never friendly. Makes you feel rushed and like you’re mumbling. She looks at you like you’re stupid or walks away. She’s definitely overwhelmed and should not be in customer service. Always rude! Avoid this location!

Went in to pre pay and had to call the guy up, he was stocking up given it was a busy day. Couresty at gas stations used to go a long way back in the day plus I paid for the most expensive gas in ottawa. I paid 134.9 and the next gas station had it for 124.9. What a rip off because someone was too lazy to change the price as it could have gotten busier!

The woman working at the cash register this afternoon, whose name I believe may be Ghada, was extremely rude during my visit at 12:35. Her attitude came across as very unfriendly, and when I asked for extra sugar, she ignored my request. In fact, another customer noticed I was waiting and ended up handing me the sugar herself after asking Ghada to give it to me.

I am disappointed. I drove out to this location, on work time, to get items that they claimed were not working. According to staff, the ice cap machine was broken and they had no more chili. This took time away from work that was not necessary due to unpreparedness.

Often left waiting for long periods of time without being addressed. Placed a mobile order only half the items were completed and I’m still waiting on the rest of the order 1 hour after placing the order.
I ordered cilantro lime chicken loaded bowl. It’s not “loaded bowl.” The bowl is shallow, they served not even full. Just had few small pieces of chicken, very small amount of salad and no cilantro at all. How this meals called “loaded bowl?”

I frequently go to this location because it is close to work but it's just not worth it. Constantly out of basic menu items like eggs and iced coffee. The staff are rude and the food is sub par even for Singh Hortons now days.

This is the third chance I am giving to this Tims. Service is good. But going there in the morning: we do not have eggs... or another time, our wraps are frozen. We are enable to make a sandwich. The hash brown is directly in your paper bag beside the napkins and straws.
