Tim but with an awful lag. Never buying at this branch again, these were the worst coffees we ever tried: watery and tasteless. Unfortunately we tried them after we left because we were already late after a 10 min wait (there was 1 person and a delivery guy before us when we arrived), otherwise I would have returned them. It’s sad that this branch gave such a bad experience.

Window service only at 9pm even though store hours are until 10pm- was informed kitchen was closed already and they would not even toast a bagel, gave us wrong food on top but we didn’t realize until we were back at hotel

The worker here lacks professionalism in customer service. She refuses to open the window, talk to me, or answer my questions regarding the order. She yells at me and the other customers. She is very stubborn. It seems that she is forced to work.

Very fast service despite many people. I ate at Tim Horton's last time two or three years ago. I like Pizza with a Habanero dip! The atmosphere is fine, I just don't like being in the basement. But it is very convenient to trains in Toronto.

Kiosk orders are done asking for a persons name, but no name is called then. There is no sign where to pick up the orders. Extremely long wait for food to be prepared. Food served cold, and personnel is not willing to warm it up. Lots of food on the menu is not available. Flat bread put side way in the bag, costing it to slide down and smash. Horrible experience! The worst TH ever!

The worst Tim experience we have had so far. We were not informed when our order was ready, and we received cold food and coffee. When we asked if it could be warmed up, we were refused. The place was filthy, with some junkie lying on the floor. The staff looked miserable and clearly didn’t want to be there.
Would never recommend. Was full of homeless people. Took 45 minutes for a pizza. The pizza was way overcooked and the sauce wasn’t even good. The employees were totally incompetent and didn’t even know what they were doing. I am never going back to the restaurant.
