Five stars for the staff who deal with so much at this location.
Skip it if you’re a customer, it smells like a homeless person in there and, as a young woman, was I honestly terrified for my safety throughout my visit. They need security like the other stores have in this area. It is also incredibly dirty inside.

It took them over 10 minutes to even start making my sandwich and I had to remind them I was waiting. Don’t go to this Tim Hortons.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! This Tim Hortons is by far the worst experience I’ve ever been treated as a customer. November 13th @ 11:40am, I ordered 20 timbits, a wrap, a large drink and a muffin and it came up to 17.89, once I went to pay, the girl behind cash said it could only be tap at this machine. The machine kept indicating « device inialization » so she asked me if we could try at the other cashier computer. I proceeded to tap 2 more times and while the second time, the message prompted back up and the debit machine rebooted. I proceeded to check my bank app because I felt uneasy knowing I was tapping my card so much and wanted to make sure I hadn’t been charged which I had been. I showed the employee and manager and asked if I could have my food since I believed it was a glitch in their system but I had payed and the manager by the name Adida kept refusing and saying she would not give me my food and then instructed the other employees to not give me my food neither. She told me to get out of the store and dispute the transaction on my own, very insistent that I didn’t pay when I did. The bank then confirmed on the phone with me that the payment did go through and they had charged me. I let Adida speak to the bank associate which the first thing she proceeded to accuse me of « did her card decline » which was putting fuel on the fire. To top this off, I had a young boy of only 1 year old who I was babysitting at the time with me. I was crying in the store embarrassed because she kept insisted I had not paid and my card declined which was so unprofessional and to be treated like I was a liar and crazy because I caught on to a mistake THE STORE did and to be refused service was truly disheartening. Adida was acting like this money came out from her pockets when truly it was me, who was penalized and then humiliated in front of a store full of customers. I will never be returning here and I pray someone speaks with Adida about her behaviour and choices because it reflects so poorly on you TIM HORTONS. These are the people you have representing your « customers always right » restaurant chain. I was treated like a liar and had to prove myself to someone who was insisting I was wrong due to her « authority » calling herself a manager with disgusting behaviour like she displayed. I hope this is investigated further as well to avoid such conflict again. Once again, terrible service and shame on you Tim hortons for changing your values to employees like these ones that you’ve got working for you.

This was the first take-out-only Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. Service was fast and efficient, and I liked that they even had a walk-up window! The area did have quite a few homeless people around, which felt a little uneasy at first, but overall the staff handled everything professionally and kept things running smoothly.

This is the worst Tim Hortons of Canada. Their staff is totally unprofessional & doesn't care a bit about customers. Shame on the Owner!

Slow service, staff had no sense of urgency even though we were more than 10 people waiting for our orders. Not the best Tim Hortons that I have visited.

The 'supervisor' Sunday afternoon wasn't helpful at all, he served me a bacon sandwich eventhought I am Muslim, when I complained he offered no apology and instead of refunding he charged me again (I assume by mistake)

Amazing Service & Friendly Team!

This Tim Hortons location is honestly one of the best! My recent visit Around 2pm today ,The team members were extremely friendly and welcoming. Every time I walk in, I’m greeted with warm smiles and positive energy, which makes such a big difference. They are polite, professional, and genuinely make you feel valued as a customer.

It’s rare these days to see staff who truly enjoy what they do, but here you can feel it in the way they treat people—with kindness, patience, and great service. The atmosphere is always inviting, and the coffee and food taste even better when it’s served with a smile!

Huge thanks to the amazing staff for making every visit such a pleasant experience. Keep up the great work—this is how customer service should be done!
