Went to buy a donut in the evening and noticed a bunch of flys flying around the donuts. When I told the lady at the desk me she brushed it off and said not to buy it then. Never will I buy donuts at Tim Hortons as it’s seems like a trend at all locations.

Donuts were great! Love having the candy cane HC back! Unfortunately only 1 person is here so it took a bit longer and they were out of white hot chocolate. Sounds like management issues to me! Thank you to the kind lady who was working tonight.

Not one white person working or buying anything inside that store. They all stand around and talk in there language while you wait in line for 30 mins to place an order!!!! 0 stars if I could!!! Never go there!!!!!!!!!

i work nearby so i've come here often since they opened but it seems the service and quality of food is getting worse? i ordered a double double, and they handed me a black coffee. i asked about it and the employee argued with me about whether i asked for it or not. (i did, but who cares?!) she continued to argue with me so i left without my coffee as i didn't have time for that.

the breakfast sandwiches always seem untoasted, the bread falling apart, and they are put together carelessly. bagels are never cut, bacon portions are measly and commonly undercooked. long wait times.

I think the manager should schedule more staff during the morning rush. The employees are clearly doing their best, but it still takes a long time to get orders, and I ended up being late for school. Also, please make sure the sauce in the wraps is spread evenly — mine was dry at the top and all the sauce was at the bottom

I waited 20 minutes in line to get a coffee this morning, while people kept walking in behind me and using the kiosk and getting served first. The person at the counter was working alone and serving all of the mobile orders and kiosk orders and letting walk-ins wait in line for over 20 minutes. Terrible service.

I just went to this location and I wanted a 12 pack for donuts and I noticed flies on their display they also only had a few selection of donuts

I end up leaving flies on food is gross I hate to leave bad reviews but hygiene is important

I go to this location every weekend, I order the same thing, a bacon breakfast sandwich double toasted! Among other things, almost a $30.00 order every weekend.
And everytime I get it, ITS NEVER DOUBLE TOASTED!!!!! The bacon is also one strip, cut into 3, and ive encountered raw pieces before.. like common.
Everytime I contact tim hortons they wanna give me a gift card... I dont want your gift card I just want my food made right!!!!!
