it's a tim Hortons, so it's mostly pretty basic. staff are incredibly courteous though. as an example when i purchased a doughnut yesterday the kind lady put it in sideways, then handed it to me in such a way the fondant didn't stick to the bag. that small consideration alone makes this place a million times better than half of the tim hortons you can find.
on a side note what happened to the nice piece of parchment paper they'd put over fondant or spread doughnuts? that prevented the sticking problem entirely.

Together with the University Centre, this Tim Horton's has the worst service I have ever experienced! Waited 30 min for a breakfast sandwich before I was informed that the have no eggs!! Two people that were served ahead of me were clearly there after me. After enquiring about this, I was told that what they ordered was more convenient to make first. So much for customer service :)

The food was pretty good I got some timbits I got q Boston cream donut and I also got an icecapp in my opinion it would have been better if they added extra base but it was pretty good.

The one of the few fast food on the campus that is also basically close 24/7, with chnagwd hours almost every day. I should have went to algonquin
