THE worst french fries i have ever had in all my years. they were dried up and tough like leather, no exaggeration, like they were left out for 2 or 3 days and bearly warm. I asked to have them replaced but the new batch were the same. My wifes were also the same, unedible. The fish we ordered with them were also dried out. My condiments fell all over the floor with nothing to put them on with my hands full of serviettes and the fish and chip box. NEVER again at that place

This Timmies is in the Ottawa Heart Institute and it's a busy place with many other options. There's a cafe too. The staff is fabulous, fast and helpful. There is lots of seating and it's pretty accessible too.Not much is gluten free but the cafe has a good breakfast menu.Only "needs improvement" the seating and overall section could be cleaned better.

Thus is a hospital based Tim Hortons- so no atmosphere. Unlike the 1 at the Civic only 1 cash and long lines are the normal.
