This Timmies is in the Ottawa Heart Institute and it's a busy place with many other options. There's a cafe too. The staff is fabulous, fast and helpful. There is lots of seating and it's pretty accessible too.Not much is gluten free but the cafe has a good breakfast menu.Only "needs improvement" the seating and overall section could be cleaned better.

Thus is a hospital based Tim Hortons- so no atmosphere. Unlike the 1 at the Civic only 1 cash and long lines are the normal.
Stop sharing this for directions when I look up Tim Hortons. I don’t need directions to a hospital tim hortons.

If Not The Best Timmy's Certainly One Of The Very Best I Have Ever Seen. Wide assortment of walk-in and take-out. Blame The Owner/Manager For Top Quality Food, All Better Than Expected Everytime. Reasonable Cost, Bar None!
Vegetarian options: There's something for everyone Wholesome Fresh Food !
Kid-friendliness: I've had all of the above Breaky, Lunch And Diner, Dine-In Or-Out. The Person Running The Place Cooks/Makes Amazing Variety. It's my go to restaurant spot for wholesome home cooked meals. When I miss what Mom used to make, I B-Line, where I'm happy. Wow, for what little it cost me or paid and happy to refer to them. Forget the cookies and cleaning the car, go in for the food, enjoy some muffins, desert, whether you're near or far! & No Clean Up. Endless Thanks, No Kidding !!!.
Parking: If you can't find parking 1st are you in the right place, Hmm Hospital, if so, listen to the radio or play with your phone t'il you can go, so no one disturbs your fantastic meal. Grrr. stay ! ,
