I had to wait 20 minutes for a mobile order placed while I was walking to the Tim Hortons expecting my food to be ready when I arrive I have to wait another 20 minutes because the staff didn’t bother to make my food or drink for my mobile order never even checked if there was one to begin with and it wasn’t even busy! There were no customers there I was the only one waiting for my food they served drive thru food and drinks while I waited patiently for my food this is by far the worst service I have ever had
Terrible service in drive thru I ordered a hot chocolate with 2 shots of whole cream and they give 2 pouches of creamer separately which I have to added. this thing I ordered from multiple locations but none of them give me separate pouches.
