Had a lovely brunch including Shakshuka, Falafel and Turkish coffee.
The food was really good as was the service. Food came in no time and everything was hot and fresh.
Would recommend. My wife and I will return for supper or lunch to try out more of the very interesting menu.

Absolutely one of the best breakfast spots in Ottawa! We’ve been coming here regularly for 2 years and the quality and taste are always the same, whether it’s busy or quiet. Wonderful people and a great atmosphere, highly recommended!

I always thought you have to fly to Beirut to experience a great Middle East food. I guess I was wrong. This food is as authentic as ever, we kept telling each other how eating this food in this restaurants takes us back to our travels to the Middle East. Comparing it to the best culinary experiences we had in places like Lebanon or Jordan. Don’t be fooled by the entrance (I was) just go in and enjoy. Order a variety of food or get the platter those are the best specially for first time visitors.

It was our first time visiting this place. The atmosphere is nice and the service was okay, but the food was disappointing. We ordered shakshuka (eggs with tomatoes and peppers), and unfortunately, it was made with canned tomatoes. The flavor just wasn’t right — two of us couldn’t even finish one shakshuka, and it went to waste. We also ordered meat pie, which was okay but tasted like it had been frozen and reheated. Which i understand in restaurants businesses.
However, It’s surprising to see such a simple dish like shakshuka made poorly — using fresh tomatoes would make such a big difference, and they’re not expensive. Canned tomatoes really ruin the taste.

The food was mediocre for the price. I won't come back again.
One of the best places to have breakfast with the family. The service is incredible. Definitely recommend
Delicious and authentic arab cuisine in such a beautiful environment! Very pleased.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. My wife and her friend entered the restaurant and waited for 10–15 minutes without anyone serving them. When they inquired, a waiter responded rudely and told them they wouldn’t be served because they didn’t have a reservation—even though there were several empty tables and no one had informed them of any such policy upon arrival. He refused to serve them and they left. This kind of treatment is completely disrespectful and unprofessional.
Fresh and tasty Middle Eastern dishes.. friendly staff.. Recommended!
