Utterly and hopelessly disorganized.After buying a few things from them during the summer, I placed an order for some mekelesha spice and gluten-free injera. They told me they'd phone when the items were ready. They didn't. But when I phoned them yesterday, they said they'd be ready in the afternoon, and I told them I'd be in either later in the day or tomorrow to pick them up.When I arrived today, they told me they'd already sold both items. Thanks very much for wasting my time.
