I have been to Toro twice - once for just treats and today for lunch and treats and each time the service and food were wonderful. There was a mix up with my treat order on my first visit and when I mentioned it today while being cashed out by the owner, she was apologetic and offered me the item I originally wanted for free. She didn’t need to do that but was very kind enough to. I appreciated the gesture. The treats are delicious - can definitely be shared as the portion sizes...

Super cute lunch place, lots of seating and the staff are so warm and friendly. The food is incredible and you get a lot of value for a lunch place. I also recommend the breakfast and the treats (obviously!) but they also have little hot sauces and coffee beans for sale too.

The atmosphere is lovely and calm
Have recommended this place to lots of people, and I will continue having great lunches there
