Terrible experience!! The food is extra expensive for the quality and quantity. The service was mediocre, they were rushing us out of the restaurant to get other customers in, they did not respond to our requests when we needed utensils or parmesan. The spaghetti bolognese looked like this, it tasted like a cafeteria meal, barely had meat in the sauce and was 28$!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would not recommend. Also almost no vegetarian meals

Though it was extremely busy (Ottawa marathon weekend), Johnny went out of his way to find a table for me, my wife and 1 year old son (we didn’t have a reservation). Food was delicious (great presentation, too) & service by Mollie, extraordinary. Highly recommended!

WOW WOW 🤩. LOVE ❤️ this restaurant. It’s the finest Italian restaurant out of Italy. Fresh bread, most delicious black olives and oil and vinegar. Salmon was superb, perfect pizza and pasta. Service was amazing. Highly recommend you try them out. Can’t wait to go back!!

Not sure what happened here. We've been here many times. One of our favorite places. Unfortunately, not any more. Waited 45 mins for pasta, which was obviously microwaved. Bread was hard, and stale. Tables all baffed out with no tablecloths. Lackluster service. Won't be going back

The people working there were very unfriendly and they make you feel unwelcome. As for the food it was ok, the carbonara wasn't bad but the veil didn't taste good. I ordered a tiramisu for dessert but it was too sweet. My whole experience could've been way better if the staff was nicer.

Amazing and tasty lunch, has the pasta carbonara and it was simply great. Friendly service from Joe and great ambiance .. highly recommend for your lunch needs if you are working downtown

The restaurant is nice, but the staff isn't kind. They threw basically everything on us, the menu, the dishes, the food. Literally, every interaction with the staff they threw stuff over the table. The appetizers were good, but the main course has nothing special, no flavor. The beef parmegiana were made with some strange beef, not a regular beef fillet, it was like a burguer breaded. If you want a good Italian experience this is not your place.
What a lovely restaurant! Four of us dined here this evening and enjoyed several appetizers and main courses. Every single item was absolutely delicious and were enjoyed by all. Service was perfect; attentive, prompt and pleasant. We loved having mature wait staff who knew what they were doing and could work swiftly and quietly around us. They were immediately attentive to any needs but at the same time were discreet and unobtrusive. Thank you for a great evening. We’ll definitely be seeing you again!

Had a great time! Crazy busy for Valentines and they were behind schedule. They were respectful and courteous. Kept us in the know and sat as accordingly.

You must add Tosca to your places to eat. Food from scratch, quality of food is wonderful, romantic atmosphere, service always great, friendly with attention to detail. Highly recommend.

On a busy Valentine’s night, we had a very lovely time here. There was a line up initially but it moved fast, they were serving us all Champagne while we waited. The atmosphere was so calming and cozy, all the servers, hosts and bartenders worked well together. Our server Alicendra (i may be spelling it incorrectly) was lovely! Food was scrumptious and drool worthy! Overall we had such a lovely night, thanks to your team!
