The gnocchi, manicotti and Caesar salad was mediocre. Portions were reasonable. The presentation was good with bread , butter, olive oil, and peppers served. Service was excellent. The washroom smelled like a well used outhouse.

We had a pleasant dining experience at Tosca Ristorante. We arrived with a reservation, though there were plenty of tables available. Water was brought promptly, which was appreciated. One small surprise was the lack of a cocktail menu with listed selections and prices. That said, the wine list was very good—mostly Italian, which suited the menu well—and the markup was reasonable. Both the menu options and pricing felt fair. The food was enjoyable and well prepared, though not particularly memorable. Service was attentive throughout our meal. We also appreciated the comfortable noise level, which made conversation easy. The washrooms were clean and well maintained. Overall, an enjoyable experience with good value and a relaxed atmosphere.

TOSCA was a fabulous. Our server, Matteo, provided excellent service 5*! Food was awesome - Calimari appetizer best ever. The mains were hot, perfectly cooked and delicious.

I’ve always enjoyed Tosca for business lunches. Recently have been there more for dinners and have been just as pleased. It’s the type of place that when you go, you are still thinking how good it was days later.

I read the comments and I wonder if they’re all family members of the owners or if I ate at a completely different restaurant. If you want to pay downtown Ottawa prices for airplane food with an accent, this is the spot. I ordered the veal marsala: about 100 grams of meat in a sad puddle of what tasted like commercial gravy. Marsala? Nowhere to be found. I tried my friend’s spaghetti bolognese—basically pasta in reddish dishwater. The sauce was both watery and flavorless. Then the bill arrives with a surprise 18% service fee, supposedly their policy for tables of six or more. Funny how this “policy” is written exactly nowhere. No extra service, just an automatic tip tacked on. Total: $43 for my pathetic veal, no dessert, no drinks. If you enjoy bland food and hidden fees, you’ll love it. Everyone else: AVOID

I had a business dinner here yesterday. The food was incredibly delicious and high quality, and the service was excellent as always. It's a place I'm happy to return to again and again. A perfect choice for dinner!

Un acceuil affreux, après avoir donner notre nom, avant meme de nous amener a notre, il nous avise que nous devrons avoir quitter avant 19:00 car ils ont un gros groupe ce soir. Nous avions réserver plusieurs jours plus tôt. Ils nous ont donner une table juste a côté de la porte, à chaque fois que la porte était ouverte nous recentions le froid de l extérieur. Les portions des entrées (zucchini frit et calmars frits) sont généreuses, mais le prix l est aussi. Le met principale spaghetti carbonara très ordinaire et le spaghetti aux fruits de mer raisemblait plus a une soupe tellement la sauce était claire. Le tiramisu ainsi que les cafés étaient excellents En résumé j aurais GRANDEMENT apprécié que l on m appelle pour me dire qu on devait annuler ma réservation pour n importe raison ou me dise qu'il ne peuvent pas nous recevoir.

The food was absolutely delightful! Each dish we ordered was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The service was exemplary. Our server was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, making our dining experience enjoyable. We had a wonderful time and left with full bellies and happy hearts. We can't wait to return!
