TP Tea CF Rideau Centre

Had the TP milk tea. Service was great, they were patient with my friend who needed some help with deciding. This tea hits harder than any other bubble tea I've had, this had the strength of a HK milk tea. So beware if you've already had your daily dose of coffee!

They offer a wide selection of refreshing cool drinks; great for hot summer days. The customer service is fast and friendly, and they're easy to locate at the food court in Rideau Centre.

The staff are truly professionals with their products, as the store is called TP (Taiwan Professional) Tea. The Mango tea is my favorite and the moshi donuts are like no other. The donuts are great for gift giving because these mochi donuts are different level flavorful. Hurry and grab yours.

Not able to adjust ice or sugar level for regular size. Totally not make sense.

Attitude of staff - one star. The guy and the girl on Sunday shift, guy needs an attitude check and girl needs training in customer service. Taste and everything else is secondary. This store has been in business for years at such a prime spot and the fact that you have 3.6 stars and only a handful of people have reviewed your store shows you are not doing a good job. What a waste of such a great opportunity.

My favourite go-to bubble tea shop! I always get the Mango Pomelo Sago with Tea Jelly. It is light, refreshing and full of flavour. I’ve tried their tiramisu and mochi donuts which were delicious. Staff is friendly and efficient. I highly recommend you try TP Tea!

Went for a classic Hong Kong milk tea (iirc), and it was delicious and refreshing. They put in a mix of boba, some mystery pearls, and noodles, which was a shock but not bad at all, I'd just never had it before.

I had the best service from both the staff. They were very kind and helpful. I only asked for a sample of their most famous tea, 3Q TP Milk Tea, and they gave me a whole cup to try. The tea was very good and nice. Look forward to coming back again :)

Employees are super friendly and they prepared drinks pretty fast. Customer service is great and the drinks are excellent. I love those mochi donuts here also. A little bit pricey but worth it.

$16 I found it expensive, plus it wasn't exceptional. I liked the concept in itself but I would like better quality for the price.

The "blonde" girl at the front was rude, mean and entitled. Never coming here again. 0 customer service skills. She had long fake nails that are so unhygienic. Disgusting seriously. Their tea is not that good too tbh
